Great hotel in Americana. Highly recommend. Staff amazing, especially Sr Nelson who works in the restaurant, absolutely outstanding gentleman extremely attentive.

The staff ia amazing, very good people. The common areas( lobby, bar, restaurant) are in a very goos shape. But the maintenance in the rooms are very poor. They really need to take a better care of the rooms

Very comfortable hotel, great service, delicious food and very nice gym and pool area. Rooms are a little old fashioned, but comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel is well located, room is alright and overall clean. Bathroom could use some renewing and little more care on cleaning.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times now, whenever I visit my family in Americana. This, I think, is the best hotel in the city of Americana, and it's perfectly fine and a suitable hotel. Apparently, they brand themselves as an upscale hotel, but it's far from upscale when compared to hotels in the US or even in bigger cities of Brazil. My first stay there I stayed at one of the bigger, nicer rooms on the avenue side, this time I decided that it wasn't necessary, and stayed at a smaller one in the back. The room was nice and comfortable with a large, clean, nice bed, either queen or king size, no frills. The bathroom was extremely small and a little cumbersome since at any time I went in I had to close the bathroom door in order to get to the shower. A small detail that bothered me immensely and that could have been easily and cheaply changed, my bedroom had bright white lights, rather than the nice soft warm white lights I'm mostly used to. It made me feel as if I was in a meatpacking plant. The bathroom flush was slow and non-efficient and I would expect that such hotel would've changed its toilets for water efficient ones at this point, but not the case. I used the "gym" once, which looks nice on the outside but sadly is very limited, supplied with low grade workout equipment. It was also very hot in it and when I called the front desk to ask where the AC remote control was they told me that it was broken, they built the gym the year before. Lots of construction

When you arrive at the hotel the appearance outside is not too invited but inside is much better, from the staff to nice room and amazing breakfast.

O ar condicionado estava fraco ou sujo devido a não ter a manutenção correta?

O chuveiro estava um horror, a agua saia somente para os lados, não estava saindo onde deveria sair, fora isso o ar condicionado estava ou sem funcionamento, ou fraco, pois não refigerou muito o quarto, visto que sempre fico por lá e isso acontece com certa frequencia, tanto que a avaliação demorou a sair por conta disto!

Hotel muito aconchegante, bem confortável mesmo !!! Excelente piscina, restaurante do hotel com valores adequados e comida bem saborosa !!! Café da manhã excepcional com novidades e surpresas todos os dias, fora do convencional. Super recomendo para quem procura uma experiência diferenciada.
