Stayed here for a night due to a friend’s wedding in the area. Hotel/room was very clean, convenient check-in, staff super helpful. Breakfast was quaint, pastries, bagels with all the fixings, fruit, cereal, eggs, parfait station. If ever in the area again, will stay here again.

It’s a good hotel, the suite was comfortable but the housekeeping wasn’t the greatest. Housekeeping took all the towels we used but didn’t replace them all. People above us were loud and weren’t respectable. Couldn’t enjoy my stay as much.

Estuvo mal el servicio, desde que llegue a check in no me dejaron entrar porque mi esposo no estaba conmigo. Mi esposo llamo y les dijo que diera el permiso para que entraramos mis hijos estaban ansiosos por usar la piscina y ellos no accedieron. Tuve que cambiar mi nombre de reserva y perdi varias horas en utilizar el cuarto. Despues no vinieron hacer el servicio de limpieza. Llame al Lobby para pedir el servicio. Es primera vez en este lugar.

Nice and new

Booked a room with a pull out bed so we had space for 4 people to sleep. Pull out was filty. Asked front desk for sheets and blanket, they said they didnt have blankets (parking lot waams not even half full) and sheets would be up in 20 mins.... they never arrived.

We had a great time at this hotel. Great workout room, nice pool area and fire pit. The room was cute with a large bathroom. The air conditioning was excellent in our room. We would definitely come back if we are in the area.

Breakfast was wonderful!

We stayed here before and liked the property. The breakfast choices were good, and I liked the option of fresh made breakfast by the cook. We will return in the future.

Everyone and the area made us feel safe and comfortable

Normally my stay here is great, this time by the time we checked in our room type wasn't available. Booked 2 queen beds for 3 people, received 1 king bed. Not happy about that.

This is our 3rd time staying here. Great service. Cleanliness is good.

The room was exceptionally dirty. Housekeeping is done every other day, but when she arrived, she only left towels. I had to chase her down to make our beds and take out the trash. After I asked her to do our beds she came in very upset and did our bed in 30 seconds leaving it very unpleasantly done. Before booking, we had asked if the pool was heated, and they had assured us it was. However, when we arrived, they informed us that the pool heater had been out of order for months. During my stay, I dropped the remote control behind the bed frame and, when I tried to retrieve it, I noticed a thick layer of dust accumulating behind the frame. Additionally, the water in the shower was not draining, indicating a plugged drain. I suspect that the filters are not being changed because the vents were extremely dirty. Furthermore, the walls, doors, and shower were also dirty.

This is a little slice of hotel heaven in a small city with few options. It is on the edge of the main mall in Palmdale so not a resort destination but the hotel itself is much better than everything else available. We loved our stay.

No heated pool as advertised, no wifi for a while, and missing advertised amenities.

Very clean and safe. Staff is very nice they even have evening events. Breakfast was good as well.

We always stay at the Element when we make our monthly visit to Palmdale and we’ve always loved our stays there, but this time it was horrible! The staff was rude, gave us the wrong room when we arrived and when I kindly asked for the room to be corrected she was so rude, gave us a dirty nasty room, dirt everywhere and the extra bed had no sheets or pillows, had to ask for them at the front desk and the staff again was so rude! We were literally afraid to ask for anything else! Even when we went to the front desk to check out the staff was incredibly rude! Because of this we won’t be staying there again!
