Expensive car park, considering it's in the middle of nowhere. 25 euro extra.

Nice hotel in quiet location

Easy clean and accessible

We had a lovely stay. There reception is manned 24 hrs and were greeted by a warm and pleasant staff late at night.

All as we want. Great place to stop over on way to Netherlands. Breakfast was pricey, so went to a local bakery - delicious

Last minute & random extension to our holiday in Disneyland Paris, decided to stop for an extra day in Belgium and take kids to Plops Aqua Park(Amazing). This hotel was amazing and to me whom travels globally was presented & demonstrated 4 Star Status from check in to check out. So Fantastic that we are already booking to go back and spend a week there at either the hotel or it’s residence next door. Thank you for an amazing last day to our holiday.

Unfortunately no twin rooms available although thats what we booked. Room given to us was not made up. Quick complaint to reception and all sorted.

Stopped here on a business trip and could unwind with a swim and in either the sauna or the steam room at the end of each day. I would recommend this hotel if you need to stop in the area.

Room 318 is too small for a couple. The roof slopes down so that you can’t walk around the bed without bumping your head (which is what we did a number of times). By the reception they didn’t seem to recognize the problem which seems strange. The hotel is very difficult to approach due to road closures everywhere but I assume this is a temporary problem. Not impressed and I wouldn’t go back.

Although the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good, with plenty of variety, considering the price, some features need improvement. I would have expected the car parking to be free given that the website states that there is a car park in the hotel and the hotel's location makes it quite difficult arrive other than by car. When I asked about parking at check in I was just told that the car park charges were quite separate from the hotel. Fortunately we knew the area and so were aware that there was free parking on the street outside but we were not told this. We were also not told that tea and coffee were available for free at any time in the lobby area, We only discovered this when we were leaving and mentioned that it would have been good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. In fact, it would be much better to have these facilities in the room as you might want to make a drink in the middle of the night when it is not convenient to come down to the lobby. It would also have been preferable to have had some literature about the hotel in the room, including instructions on how to work the air conditioner/ heater.

New, clean very large beautiful family room. Nice breakfast with waffle maker, swimming pool, play ground, football table. Perfect for kids

From the terrific welcome from Michael and the entire stay we couldn’t have asked for anything better. We will definitely be back.

Modern hotel at a great price. Parking is free for the first 1/2 then 60 cents per hour. Our room had bunks for the kids. Air conditioner setting didn't seem to work as the room was warm for sleeping. Pool is open until 11pm which was a great way for the kids to relax after a day in the car

By foot it is far from the city center and really far from the seaside. Check in was really unfriendly. Bed was made up but not with fresh sheets. Nice playground outside and kids corner in the bar. Small but clean swimming pool. Quiet and beautiful area.

Requested a crib at booking, as we were travelling with a baby. When we arrived, no crib and none available.

A brand new development so everything was new and in good condition. Other than an error with our room allocation (which the staff made good on without any hassle) our stay was comfortable. Breakfast was a nice spread.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Child friendly too which made the stay very pleasant.
