I wanted to extend my stay, and asked the front desk the night before. The lady at the front desk was busy and asked me to do it the next mornig. So I approched the next morning the front desk, and initially the staff told me that there was no room available. So I explained that the nigth before the lady told me that I could do it in the morning! Then immediately they found availabe room, but the price they wanted to charge me was extremely higher. asking them why this difference they told me that this is because of the interest of customers looking for a room. SO I decided to change hotel, and booked with you (expedia) another hotel close by (Volare), as I do not accept people mistreating me as customer

For the price it wasn't too bad. Rooms are small but clean and new. The breakfast looked impressive but coffee was bad and eggs were green. The area is terrible.

Hospedar no Ibis Osasco é sempre a melhor opção, todo ano praticamente tenho que ir na cidade para eventos, já tentei outros hotéis mas o Ibis realmente se destaca.

Em uma escala de 0 à 10, classificaria como 4 o Custo X Benefício para o hotel em modo geral! Já para o custo do café da manhã pelas opções deixada no buffet achei extremamente CARO, não digo que não vale a pena por ser alimento, mas deixa MUITO À DESEJAR!

Muito boa! A única ressaca refere-se a disponibilidade de compra de água no hotel ser somente em lata. O gosto é horrível! Poderia ser em pet com inclusão do hotel em programas de reciclagem.

O quarto limpo e o atendimento bom. Somente o estacionamento que tem que pagar.
