The hotel location is very near with Kyoto Train Station. It is also easy to find convenience store near the hotel. The hotel is very clean and very comfort. The hotel provides the Yukata Pijama. The hotel staff are nice and friendly.

Great location, room is compact but fine, good lighting in the room. One thing to be aware of is their aircon policy, they have centralized aircon system, since I visited in November, the aircon turns to be a heater. Hence, I need to open the window in order to get cool air into the room. It is fine though but would be more appreciated if it is brought to my attention at the booking page.

It's very pleasant stay for us. The room was sufficient for 2 people, with complete facilities. Sure we will come back someday. More important was a very short walk from central station, near to lawson and vending machine everywhere. The staff also very helpful, we were arriving midnight and asked for the operating hrs of USJ japan. They did seek information, and called to our room for update. It so helpful.
