Restaurant closed down for reno’s and then upstairs restaurant closed for private event. Not well thought out. They need to have a valet to help with bags as it’s not a great spot to stop and unload luggage.

Excellent experience all around with this hotel. Staff were friendly and rooftop restaurant was an amazing dining spot. Definitely recommend it.

Overall we loved the hotel, the amenities and the staff were great. Renovations to the ground floor restaurant were being done during our stay. The lobby was overwhelmed with the smell of the stain used on the hardwoods. Despite the smell I would book again.

Lovely clean room

Such an incredible hotel! The staff honestly stood out - their kindness and willingness to help guests is impressive. The rooms are gorgeous, the attention to details is there and the rooftop restaurant was delicious… you can’t beat that view.

Stayed for one night, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, the room was nice and everything was clean. Would recommend having white noise of some sort just because we were in a room facing a noisy street

Room temperature was perfect. Our room was very cozy and perfect for our getaway. Clean in all areas.

Great service, we’re very accommodating

Our room was very comfortable. Not very bright (zero view as we faced a brick wall), but we were only there for one night. The Rooftop restaurant was excellent. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The views were great. The cocktails were expensive ($20), but it didn't stop me from having one of the most amazing drinks I've ever had, The Smoke Show.

The hotel is stunning, the staff is so friendly and accommodating - especially for pets. The rooms are spacious and cozy with that old world feel. I didn’t experience the dining but seen lots of people going to it so I assume it’s good. Would book here again and highly recommend it for you and your fur babies.

Nice hotel but I was situated below the restaurant that pumps music till 12 am. They don't let you know you're going to be placed in this room or give you a discounted rate, just ear plugs showing they are aware of this issue I also wasn't impressed with the way their staff handled guests prank calling my room at 3:30 am. I let them know the next day, they gave a quick sorry and told me it happened to another guest as well and that's all it was left at.

Solid boutique hotel with reasonable amneiities for a quick stay. Location is good if you're looking to spend time in Distllery District and are ok with Uber/walking to DT TO.

All amazing. Would have loved fresh coffee/ water in the front lobby- but all was great
