The Apartment was spotless, quiet and comfortable. There was a fully equiped kitchen with everything you needed except for salt and pepper. The Tube station, a grocery store and pubs are all within a walkable distance. However, communication with staff was difficult and the host would only provide one room key. Also checkout is at 10AM, so a staff member was knocking on our door promptly at 10AM.

They don’t answer there phones left me stranded I book for five nights and I was not able to get in the first night….even text they don’t reply at all but read the text the front desk so rude

This was the worst experience in my life. I do not recommend this place at all. The Staff and Manager were rude and disrespectful, after i complained about the cleanliness of the apartment. They don’t clean the apartment and told me that the cleaner comes once a week. And mind you I stayed here for 9 nights. Requested for change of towels and the manager calls and started screaming at me telling me all sorts of nonsense. Please I repeat do not stay here, the staff and the manager are rude and don’t care. There’s no ounce of customer service and they feel so proud like you’re doing them a favor staying here. Terrible overall and would not recommend.

Just be aware that this property has no air conditioning. If you are going in the summer, they provide only fans. I went in August and it was hot, the fans weren’t enough. The manager of the property was terrible. We waited outside for almost an hour before the house keeper came to give us the keys. We were two hours early for check in and they charged for that. In total my experience was bad. I wanted to leave but they refused to refund my money.

Although the apartments are modern, clean and well situated, we had a terrible experience with lack of some basic necessities, the service provided and the people providing it. We rented two apartments and they “couldn’t” get the AC to work, so we had to rely on fans with temperatures every night exceeding 30C with two elderly and a toddler. We had to extend our stay for health reasons, we couldn’t as there was no one in the “lobby” most of the time, so we had to do a new reservation which was ok as the price per night was the same, but it also meant paying the “mandatory” extra fees twice for each apartment, so we ended up paying four times for services that were never fulfilled.. let alone the nasty odours from the garbage that you smell everytime in and out of the main entrance, the attitude of the “caregiving” personnel, no answers to our emails, and last but not least, we asked to checkout at 8h30am in the morning just for the checkout to take forever.. we missed our train, paid for new train tickets and almost missed our flight. Lack of basic necessities, predatory practices, poor service quality and the list goes on. Avoid and save yourself from a terrible London experience.

Good accommodation in inner East London, good for families and close to numerous things.

Lovely apartment. Good size, very clean and convenient location. A very pleasant stay the only minor issue was trying to get into the building on arrival as the caretaker didn't answer his phone for a short while (similar experience when checking out). Would recommend

I was staying from May 3 to May 10. This apartment is modern, walkable distance to restaurants, attractions and grocery stores.

Well, the place is quite big, nice & quite, comfortable beds, lounge with big tv & sofa. Kitchen not bad. Don´t use the dishwasher at night. sometimes it doesn´t turn off... if you are staying more than 2 days, bring your own shampoo & soap. the neighbourhood is quite good, several supermarkets & several restaurants. Nice for a walk. If you want to try the worst & most expensive fish & chips, there´s one on a corner on the main road close to the underground, forgot the name, could be fish & creeps...

The apartment was spacious and clean and easy walking distance to London/Tower bridge. Noise will affect light sleepers. While there were limited supplies in the apartment a local supermarket was located on the return journey from the tube station, where we bought our own bathroom supplies and washing powder. While some parts of the local area are unsavoury the restaurants and pubs in the “Running Horses” area were walking distance with Pizza Union a stand out. The manager was always responsive to our requests and would action requests almost immediately.

The apartment is located next to Brick Lane and other local attractions. Their receptionist based near or inside the building, he is extremely responsive and helpful when issue arise. The apartment was also modernly furnished and spacious. The deposit was not needed and only needed when you broke something. The cleaning fee was reasonable.

Overall a disappointing experience - I was never told how to get into the building and it is a locked entrance without staff. There's a sign that can be barely read to call a number but my cell phone was not yet active in England but luckily I was able to use the phone at the pub next door (great place!) and finally someone came down to give us our keys. Outside this entrance door and the entry hallway had an awful stench since the trash room was just off this hallway and had an exit door just next to the entrance to the building - it was a horrible welcome every day. The apartment itself was ok but it was a bit misleading for 5 people since the couch was just that a couch - not a sleeper couch and it wasn't even very big. One of 2 bathrooms was unusable since at first the sink was clogged (they did come fix it) but mostly because of the horrible musty/mildew smell from missing tile on the tub that was never replaced. We had to keep that door closed as not to get the smell into the entire apartment. The washer/dryer combo door would get stuck closed and once we had to run another cycle to get it open again, the dryer cycle didn't dry great. The other beds were ok, the other shower was ok, but the water leaked onto the bathroom floor, it was spacious enough and they brought extra towels when we asked.

Stayed with 2 grandchildren, excellent apartment secure and quiet. Wifi good in living room. New flat with modern furniture, 2 bathrooms with powerful showers. Would definetely use again and ideal location for visiting London, tube close by and a short walk to Tower bridge or Shoreditch
