Super roomy, great location and a great host. First floor super easy access. Also quit from street noise. Second stay for me.

Good location, easy check-in and clean. I stayed at the ground floor, and there were construction at downstairs in the every morning. I wanted them to let me know about that.

This is the place to be. The manager is extremely polite and so helpful that I don't have words to describe it. It's not expensive very affordable and my place is huge. When I come back This summer This is where I'm staying again.

Perfect spot nice neigborhood , this place needs to be freshen up , new sheets towels , it need it more love , the bathroom needs a good cleaning , there was dust aroud the leges , the washer and drier needs to be replace , it was ok it could it be better ,

Apartment was clean, good location for local attractions, close to train stations/buses.

Dejlig indretning af lejligheden, til 3 generationer. God beliggenhed. Det trænger til en grundig rengøring. Der mangler køkken ting, så der kan laves mad, alt er meget slidt. Kontakter beskidte, løse, dørhåndtag falder af. Støvsuger mangler der rør, kosten er møg beskidt, blender mangler der underdelen. Ærgerligt lejligheden ikke bliver vedligeholdt.

Excelente el departamento. El edificio cuenta con ascensor que no llega al 5to piso por lo que hay que subir por escaleras el último piso. No cuenta con cochera en el mismo edificio.

El departamento está bastante bien, es cómodo, amplio pero se nota que las cosas tienen bastante uso. El colchón y el sillón tienen sus años.. el precio esta muy bien. Pero si no lees cómo yo atentamente, no ves que en letra chica te agrega el iva y la limpieza en valor dólar q lo tenes que pagar cuando ingresas y me sorprendió que sea el cálculo a dólar blue y no al oficial. Con respecto a la limpieza pague $1000 argentinos y el piso por ejemplo estaba sucio. El hecho de que se llame palermo apart y tenga fotos de distintas habitaciones me confundió y pensé que era como un apart hotel, que era lo que necesitaba.

MUY LINDAS INSTALACIONES, AMPLIAS, LIVING, DORMITORIO Y COCINA, DOS TV Y UN PATIO INTERNO, POR EL TAMAÑO Y COMODIDAD SE LLEVA UN APLAUSO, AL IGUAL QUE LA UBICACIÓN, DIVINA! PUNTOS NEGATIVOS SON EL CHECK IN, YA QUE HAY QUE COORDINAR CON UNA PERSONA PORQUE ES UN DEPARTAMENTO (MUY ATENTA LA ENCARGADA Y PEDNIENTE DEL HORARIO DE LLEGADA), PERO EL PUNTO MÁS NEGATIVO PARA MI GUSTO ES QUE TE COBRAN LA LIMPIEZA APARTE, Y EL MONTO RONDA EL 50% DEL PRECIO DE LA HABITACIÓN! UNA LOCURA! PARA QUEDARSE UNA NOCHE NO SIRVE PARA NADA, PARA VARIAS NOCHES CREO QUE SÍ

This apartment is located in Palermo "barrio". Walking distance from the restaurant/bar/disco district which Palermo is famous for. It is a good starting point for discovering Buenos Aires, close to metro station and bus lines. The apartment is small, suitable for a family (4 people). Well equipped. The owner is also owner of a travel agency and we have been helped in visiting the city with several advises.

El lugar está bien, pero me cobraron más de $ 700 entre ¿limpieza e IVA? No me gustan estas sorpresas...

El departamento es adecuado para dos o tres personas

Mejor de lo que esperaba, enorme el depto, super calido, super equipado, la zona ideal. La anfitriona nos atendio super bien y super puntual.
