The staff were really helpful and let us check in as soon as our room was ready. The location is great, near to all the Old Town sights and close to tram to/from airport. A kitchenette meant we could have tea and coffee. There are lockers to store bags after check out.

It was difficult to get into the hotel. I arrived in the evening and no one was at the desk. I needed to check messages on Expedia for the instructions on how to get in the front door and get my room key. Entrance is small and requires going up a flight of stairs. Once I made contact with staff via text and WhatsApp, they were very helpful. My room was well furnished and clean. TV needed to be repaired which was completed by my second night. The location of this hotel is convenient, right on edge of Old Town and adjacent the tram.

This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in as bed was so comfortable & shower fantastic. You cannot beat the location. Situated in the Old Town of Nice & 5 mins to the beautiful Promenade Des Anglais. If we are lucky enough to come to Nice again this is where I would stay. Lovely helpful staff also.

Overall great stay. The location is convenient, everything is in walking range within the old town. The tram/train/bus stops are within a 5 min walk if you plan to explore outside the old town. There are stairs going up the lobby so if you have heavy suitcases, be prepared. The staff are friendly and welcoming, so overall highly recommend

The property was ideally placed for foot access to the Old Town, the bay, the Port, the market and for public transport to art museums and the airport. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and very helpful. The room faced onto the street so nights were sometimes disturbed by groups of people talking loudly outside the cafe below, but traffic noise was not a problem. We really enjoyed our stay, and very much hoping to return one day.

The balcony was a peaceful environment since it was facing an inside courtyard opposite the busy street on the other side of the hotel. The staff was helpful and nice. The storage lockers for keeping your things safe before getting in the room was good and greatly appreciated. The only down side really is the mattress was quite hard..

Very convenient location, great service and the room is clean and cosy

This is not a conventional hotel; Reception is often unattended and guests are trusted to look after themselves. Maids will not enter your room when you are out to tidy, clean and make the beds, though a member of staff did offer us clean towels when we needed them. For those on a budget, there are facilities for preparing and eating food in the rooms. Everything is clean and well appointed. The staff - mostly young women, as far as I could make out - are exceptionally charming and helpful. I was contacted by a staff member a day or two before our arrival, to give us instructions on how to find the hotel and access the hotel using a pass-code. She also provided prompt information when I asked for it. Our room overlooked a main road but we were not disturbed by traffic noise because double-glazing reduced external sound by at least 95%. The rooms are air-conditioned, of course. AMMI is nicely situated on the edge of the old city, just seconds from the lanes and passage-ways which make this part of town so attractive, with their bars, cafes and restaurants. I'd guess that it's a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Recommended!

Tv did not work. No hot water in the wash hand basin. Plug in wash hand basin did not work properly. Curtain did not stop light from getting into the room when dark, I’ll fitting

Photos inaccurate on website. Rooms look much larger. Surrounding area not charming. On a busy boulevard and I thought the view would be of the quaint street on your website.

Great for extended stays. Rooms are small (including shower, bathroom, and sink, but if you're going to be out and about (which if you're in Nice, you should be) then its not that big of a deal. Ample cabinet space to keep our clothes for a week. Staff was very helpful, kind, and thoughtful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Especially if you want a room with a kitchenette. Just spend a little bit more for the larger room though if you can.

This is a Apartment Hotel which was not clear at the time I booked it. Staff and help availability were not convenient, check in and check out times limited. Must use code to get into building, if late at night, could become issue. outside hotel and our room was very noisy. I liked the location being close to old town.

So helpful, great location. No hotel is perfect including this one however I would very much recommend it
