Honestly, I'm not happy with this trip. I have booking excutive for 3 days 2 nights, adding extra bed is 3 people / room. Do not understand because the guests are too crowded or why I see the service of the hotel is not attentive. My room is a 2-storey building that looks quite old. The window outside is broken, the wall is damp and moldy (I didn't take the picture). Contacting the reception is quite time consuming. On the last day, the hotel communications system went wrong, I had to use my mobile to call the receptionist to call the car to the lobby. Sometimes calling the receptionist does not listen to the phone even though there are always people on duty. Because the hotel is too far away, 3 meals are served at the hotel. Advise people to order first, otherwise because too many hotels will recommend fast cooking dishes such as white rice, omelette, bacon. More time-consuming items should be reserved in advance. Checkout day really makes me unhappy. The story is in the room with the hotel's pot of potato snacks. My whole family doesn't eat but when I check out the inventory, I find it in the bill. After a bit of controversy, the hotel minus snack money. However, I'm quite unhappy about this. Also advised the hotel to check out and check in more carefully to avoid such cases. Pool water is quite dirty. But the picture is very beautiful. Long service cafeteria, cleaning staff is quite slow.
