A most excellent overnight stay. Enjoyed the a la carte menu. Didn't explore surrounding area so can't comment. Room was clean. Shower head is fixed so won't swivel and remember to roll down blinds in bathroom ! I would stay again if they maintain standard.

Generally very quiet but one night loud guests came in around 1:30AM. Not much the hotel can do about that. Room service was good and so was the food. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Carpets in room needed olto be cleaned. Breakfast buffet was adequate but not special.

Overall facilities are good. Value for money and located at prime location. Interior decoration is mostly covered with yarn and handloom design, it’s looking amazing. Food is delicious and service is very prompt and professional. Gym and swimming pool faculty is good. Suggestion for improvement: 1)Rest room have transparent glass and screen provided. 2) Rest room door locks is hard to operate , so most of the time it’s kept open it’s affecting the AC cooling and hygienic. 3)Only one common door for bathroom and toilet. 4)Shower water is hot even kept slow. No regulate for hot water.

Property was centrally located. Buffet had good choices, but staff was slow to have all options ready to serve at the start time of the buffet

Perfect location, excellent room with large, comfortable bed and everything cleaned to a high standard. Good a/c and wifi. Lovely restaurant, with very good food choices and a high quality of professional, friendly staff (particular mention to Alice from Mizoram :) Negatives: No mattress protector!!!! This is inexcusable and dirty in a hotel of this size & turnover. Rang down to reception to get another sheet, but after an hour I had to chase it up by going down myself, only to stand behind two guests checking in VERY SLOWLY for 15 minutes. Staff need to be more responsive to guests’ needs.
