The room was fairly clean, shower was a lil dirty and seemed to backup. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed wasn't too comfy, we both left with our backs hurting. Bed extremely squeeky...just to sit down and get back up. In all fairness, we had a fairly pleasant stay, thank you

Bathroom hadn't been cleaned, poo down the toilet and dirty towels at the bottom of the shower. Springs in bed jutting into our backs overnight and the room was too hot. Sadly, we don't recommend.

The apart hotel is a budget friendly no frills hotel. Checking in was made online and checkout was all done electronically. Breakfast area was clean, basic but had a reasonable selection of continental breakfast items. The studio room we had was a modern comfortable with a kitchenette and toilet/shower room. Other features include a hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a fan. Sadly what let our stay down was that there was no air conditioning and the room was extremely hot. Even opening the window and putting the fan on didn’t make any difference. The fan was very noisy so couldn’t use it overnight to keep cool.

We were in a new section. There was lots of issues. The fire alarm went off at 3:10am. There was no one on site to help. Tried calling the phone number which went to answer phone. No fire information in rooms. I ended up calling 911. Next morning the issue was brushed off and they were trying to blame others rather than taking ownership of the issues. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room needed minor maintenance but was usable. The staff was responsive to concerns about the room. The finishes are not high quality but the room was clean and functional. The street the hotel is located on is fine and seems to be mostly residential. The nearby area with shops and restaurants was littered and dirty. It was close to bus stops and walking distance to East Croydon station which is convenient. The breakfast was pastries, toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit. The laundry facilities were inconvenient to use. The room did not have a toaster, just a hob, microwave and mini fridge. There was an oven and toasters in the breakfast room but that was not always available. Choose the full apartment if you want to cook.

This accommodation was more than what I expected. It had all the facilities necessary to ensure a good stay. The staff were helpful and accommodating. I was near enough for relatives to visit and had a good, comfortable stay.

Property was very nice and organised and excellently managed

There is no parking so you're liable to get a ticket. Also the bath fills with water while you're showering and takes a while to go down. They upgraded my room which was fantastic.

Warm welcome friendly staff good facilities. Window would not shut in room as handles broken but luckily warm enough to want the window open.

Easy to check in at anytime. Clean and reasonable. Laundry facilities. Only 5 parking spots on a first come first served basis - street outside hotel is 2 hours only paid for in daytime. Walls quite thin - I could hear every conversation in room next to me.

Stay was cool. Staff very helpful and friendly. Daily cleaning needs to be more closely monitored. The continental breakfast was good and adequate. Unlimited tea, coffee and beverages 24/7 Overall very pleasant stay.

My husband and I stayed here back in Aug 24 and it was a nice experience. So we returned again. They are building up so expect construction noise but other than that the stay is very quiet. I’d recommend this for affordable travel. Sits in a quiet Croydon community within walking distance to local convenience stores restaurants etc.

None of the advertised photos accurately represented the building or the accommodations. The bed was hard, the mattress pad was unsatisfactory, and the pillows provided little comfort. The mattress stained and in poor condition. The sound from the gym equipment was noisy, and the room was cluttered with laundry bags. The 3rd floor room did not match the photos advertised. It was the smallest room in the building, with a kitchenette. The layout was not private at all, with three rooms located just outside my door, made it impossible to avoid overhearing conversations. Nights were particularly disruptive, There was constant slamming of doors and heavy footsteps on the stairs added to the noise. Construction activities started early in the morning right outside the window. The sound of machinery, an electrical saw plus equipment being dragged, was unbearable. Additionally, there was a persistent smell of weed throughout the building and an addict shouting from the top of her lungs directly in the area.
