Clean room, staff extremely pleasant, breakfast first class

Slept well & a great breakfast

Staff are superb only thing it could do with a lift as i have a few issues. Definitely recommend the Queens.

We had room 11. Fabulous room with front views, comfortable and excellent shower. The staff without exception were attuned to our attendance and sense of humour. Their attention to detail and local knowledge was excellent. You have an excellent product, made amazing by your staff. See you soon and thank you.

Yes The cooked breakfast was well-cooked and a nice option of small. Excelent dinner,choice and good service. V comfortable bed and clean, lovely bed-linen. Warm room and shower room. Soft, clean warmng towels.Hook on the door of the shower rroom? Grab rail shower? Staff friendly, helpful and professional

Very clean and well equiped room.

Lovely selection on drink tray in room. Everything that I needed, partial sea view so that was a bonus. But the cleaning left a lot to be desired. The mirror was very badly streaked, stains on floor and crumbs. Bed and towels nice and clean. Shower head broken. Hairdryer but sockets not easily accessible and contortionist to use

Check in was very easy. The room (1) was lovely & the views over the estuary were beautiful.

Breakfast was fantastic, full English day one and eggs Benedict day 2. Poached eggs were perfect, staff couldn’t be more helpful. Perfect location for lovely Lytham Fantastic overall, we will definitely return!

Stop here regularly. Great pub, great rooms, best breakfast!
