The staff were really helpful when we first arrived and throughout the trip. The room is to a high specification so good sized bed and a modern bathroom. It is only 5 minutes to the metro station and close to cafes and supermarkets. The pizza next door was great but be aware that smoking is allowed in most restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic in the hotel next door on the 11th floor. Great selection of vegetarian options.

Though it was included, I didn’t try the breakfast so can’t review that part. The staff was very kind, helpful, and did not at all pester for tips or anything like that. They were also professional and helped me navigate something when I had to stay nearly an extra day.

Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Room was good with a large comfortable bed, a nice hot shower, and tea making facilities. Breakfast was excellent too, they send you to the sister hotel next door, which has views of Zamalek.

The staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. Theroom was very clean and quiet and nice beds. In the shower I would recommend they add plastic bath matts or something on the floors as it is marble and very slippery. Almost dangerous. It was a great location and felt very safe.

BEWARE: Room had only very cold water in the shower. Asked THREE times at front desk, manager, etc and every time they would say they would send someone to fix and ignore my pleas. Had to shower everyday in almost FREEZING water. Room with very musty odor and suspect mold given that odor as shower leaks onto adjacent wooden floor. Area not safe either especially at night.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast, gym was well equipped. Neighborhood is safe with lots of restaurants within walking distance.

The staff were lovely including the front desk, bag attendants and cleaning staff This is a good base for people visiting Cairo and Zamalek. The room was so spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable. There is also a restaurant and bar right next door for a quick bite to eat The restaurant for breakfast is also very picturesque and offers fresh omelettes, pancakes etc

For me the perfect place to stay in Cairo - clean, excellent location, and very friendly staff!

Simply excellent. Staff are phenomenal, everything form the location, amenities, breakfast, general location and of course design - 10/ 10. I live in London and this exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back to cairo- and I will stay here. Thats for sure. Thank you to everyone who made my stay memorable and more importantly relaxing and problem free!

This hotel was a bit misleading in the photos online. We chose it more for location which was perfect. The area is safe and walkable with many dining options nearby. My only complaint about this hotel is that we had an early flight and got no sleep because the smoke detector flashes a bright light in your face all night and then every time the AC turned on and off there was a large grinding in the pipes. The sleep was so bad it was disappointing for the cost of this hotel. Some great things is that they arranged for our early airport transport and even provided a box breakfast. I would only stay again if they fix their pipes otherwise expect no sleep during your stay.

Like it.....small , not noisy , clean
