Friendly staff at check-in, made felt welcoming. Comfortable stay and greatly loacted

We had a wonderful stay last night and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The hotel kindly upgraded our room, which made our stay very comfortable for our family of four. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from both our room and the breakfast area. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of options. Both our kids and we really enjoyed the stay. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Revelstoke!

Great place to stay in Revelstoke. The hotel is right off the main highway. There is food within walking distance. Plenty of parking. We stayed here twice now. The hotel has a great pool with a water slide and a hot tub. The breakfast was pretty good and wasn’t too crowded when we were there (weekday). Overall great experience and would stay there again!

Surprised at all the positive reviews… this place was far from wonderful. Run down hotel and very busy. Luggage carts hard to get one at check-in, it took an hour to find one. Thermostat didn’t work in the room, it was so cold. We got a suite with 2 queen beds and 1 king, while the bedrooms were big, it was the smallest bathroom for 4 people. It was the size of a closet. Would not recommend. The wood on the furniture was all scratched up and worn. The pool was small and very busy.

Very clean hotel and room. It was lovely having the laundry for public use. It is $1 if you have to buy a pod and the washer is three loonies each as well as the dryer. The pool was great. The breakfast was phenomenal. Lots of food and variety.

Clean room and hot tub

The waterside was excellent and my kids really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good with hot foods like eggs, omelets, waffles, toast, fruit, cereal, and hot and cold beverages. Our standard room was spacious, but the furniture and other isolated areas required maintenance/updating. There are some food options close by, and it was overall a good experience.

Kids loved the pool! Convenient to the highway for hiking and close to town.

we loved our stay here with our kids. breakfast was pretty good, don't expect anything fancy but the basics are there and the staff are very friendly. room was also nice and clean, our room had a sliding door to seperate the rooms which was great so the kids can sleep while the parents are still awake.

Excellent stay and perfect location. Bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and loved the Dove Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash! Breakfast was fantastic and lots of options, both hot and cold!

Stayed here with my son overnight on a trip through the mountains. Everything was wonderful! The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly. The pool was perfect for my six year old. I enjoyed the hot tub. The rooms were pristine. Bed comfy. 10/10 would stay here again!

A great place for families! Pool with a water slide and hot tub, complimentary breakfast, and spacious rooms. A little outside the downtown core but there are amenities close by and it’s walkable to the main areas if you want!

The carpet in the room was not very clean. Cleanliness is generally OK. Breakfast was the usual continental style. It's off Highway 1, so a little noisy. There's ample parking, staff were friendly.
