Room was very quiet, but could use another chair. Restaurant was very convenient and the food was great.

I have a support animal. It is not a dog or cat but a documented animal (letter from my doctor). The manager accommodated my support animal and all went smoothly at check in and check out. Thank you so much.

Was worst stay I’ve had in many hotel experiences. No water in water cooler, unfriendly staff and to have house keeping knock on your door 5 min before check out and be rude asking if we were checking out soon is ridiculous. So unwelcoming and a joke

The location was good. If you get a front facing room that would be great, as the panoramic vista out front is one of the best

Rooms are a little dated but everything was clean. Beds are comfortable. Walls are pretty thin. Could hear people talking until 12:30am. Did not try the on-site restaurant or breakfast.

I stay at this hotel whenever I go to Grande Cache. The rooms are always clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is top notch, with homemade bread. The portions are huge.

Great location, amazing view, nice and clean, good gym. The only thing that I would have changed is the outside of the windows getting cleaned it is spring though so it’s bound to be messy but the outside of the windows cleaned so you can see the view better and better hours for the free breakfast. Breakfast ending at 7:30 is quite early so I did not get to utilize that, however it’s not a big deal.

Parking was great, staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfy and the breakfast was a full restaurant size!

Pros: comfy bed, thick and super white towels, friendly helpful staff, excellent restaurant on site, very clean, perfect location, walking distance to most amenities, convenience store on each side, very quiet Cons: the rooms are dated I would 100% recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. The rooms have a great view of the mountains and the rooms are clean. The room had a fireplace, small kitchenette. I would recommend this hotel in Grande Cache.
