I was disappointed waiting for the front desk person, I was supposed to pay a fee of $261.93 because I made a payment through Expedia of $86.46 the total of the hotel was 367.52 and the hotel charged me the full amount and they told me that I had to contact Expedia customer service to be reimbursed for the initial payment. But Expedia doesn't have any phone number to contact them. I would like to be reimbursed for that money 🙁 Thank you

The hotel was clean and well kept. Our air conditioning didnt function properly and the deadbolt didnt work. We reported these issues upon checkout and we were told both issues would be addressed. For the price paide, we were desappointed.

Easy check in process. Very friendly staff. Good location. Very small room but clean and good shower. Wifi worked well on the 7th floor. Free parking. Decent value, just doesn't have any distinguishing character whatsoever. Good for one night.

Th hotel is good, very basic, in your room you will find only the bed(s), a TV, a large table that is also a mini mini closet and the bathroom. Is good to spend no more than 2 night there. My bed was not very confortable also the pillows. I observed the cleaning personal changed everyday the towels, could be a good recommendation to let the guest decide if they want a new one everyday also to be more environmental friendly. Same thing with the breakfast the cups for coffee were disposable, when the other dishes were not.

El hotel en recepción tenía goteras, se veía descuidado con temas de humedad. En la habitación de repente empezó a oler intensamente a comida porque entiendo que estaban cocinando desde las 5:30 am. El cancel del baño tenía fugas e inundo mientras uno tomaba una ducha. Las almohadas no son cómodas, parecía que estaban rellenas o de mala calidad
