Room was nice and clean staff were all nice and friendly .

Headrest was detached from the wall bed was horribly lumpy, shelve was broken and the tv didnt have any channels.

Staff were awesome very helpful and I got a great arrival brief and shown to my room. The food was outstanding and great selection of ales and other drinks at bar. I would stay here again. Top Notch 👍

Stayed here a few times , very convenient when working in the area. Pleasant staff, comfortable and reasonable spacious room. All you need for a work stay.

The hotel is in South Derby convenient for the A52 and about 3 miles to the city centre. Free Parking is on site and is locked overnight. There is a Lidel and Tesco within 200m of the hotel. Checkin was prompt and we were allocated a room at the back as requested which was quiet. The room was quite tight with little storage space no desk, limited surfaces to put anything ,with a double bed that was comfortable enough. The bathroom was bit more spacious but in need of updating. A good sized continental breakfast in the morning with hot croissants, toast and fresh coffee; cooked breakfast was available but as an extra charge. In our opinion this is good 2 Star hotel.

Great Stop over for BSB at Donington Park. Lovely staff and pleasant. Food is good and service is good.

The room I was allocated was sub standard. The bathroom was an old avocado suite style with rusty plugs and was damp. Lack of plug sockets close to a mirror made it hard to get ready in the morning. Very thin walls - I could hear my neighbours every move. Ridiculously hot as well despite the window being open and fan going. Very disappointing.

It was ok for a 1 night stay

We use the Hotel for BSB (British Super Bike) 15mins if Traffic is kind. Staff are 5* Food and service 5* The Salmon and I had the Bacon 🍔 WOW!! Reasonably priced. Bedroom adequate for our needs. Just a wee nit pick. Room 10. The Shower needed to be held as just needed a wee tighten up. Lovely Continental Breakfast. Keep up the good work. We are back in September. The bar is bouncing Saturday Evening. As noise doesn't bother us. Not a problem.

Nice pub

Although the room was very clean it was a little tired. The staff were very friendly and helpful, couldnt do enough for you. We had an evening meal and also the continental breakfast both of which were excellent. Would definitely stay here again

Without sugar coating it, it was a filthy room, staff were great, food was nice, but the room looked nothing like the pictures online! Mouldy bathroom, and i was above the woman's toilets so i constantly heard the hand dryer going up until midnight.

Lovely Hotel/Bar.. Area.. Clean room for our stop over for The British Superbike at Donington. Daniel was very helpful. The Breakfast Staff. And the Bar Staff again. Nothing was to much trouble. Will be back next season.

Room was very small. Just wide enough for the double bed. Not enough room for a real door on the bathroom, just a sliding panel with no handle. Pillow had a plastic liner of some sort, so i awoke at 4am with damp hair and didnt go back to sleep. At 6am wafts if smoke started to come in the room from people smoking outside. Shower good. Breakfast good. Car parking spaces not wide enough for my car.
