This hotel was charming! The owners were very warm and inviting, and we felt welcome and taken care of. When we arrived in Lourdes, we were completely unprepared, and felt very lucky to have found this hotel. It was quite economical, and met our needs. This is not luxury, but that wasn't what we needed. It was close to the sanctuary, only a 10 minute walk, and close to the train station, only a 5 minute easy walk dragging luggage. The breakfast was perfect for us (no eggs), and there were other places nearby for lunch and dinner. My favorite thing about my stay there (with my daughter and son) was the warmth of the owners. So friendly and welcoming to us, when we had no idea what we were doing. They also provided us with information for our visit to the sanctuary. The room was quiet, but that might have been because we were there alone. It was the off-season. Again, not luxury by any means, but perfect for our simple needs and small budget.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel - the room was simple and clean, the breakfast tasty with fresh croissants. The hotel was a perfect base to start our hike in the pyrenees. We are also very grateful that we could leave part of our luggage for a week while hiking in the mountains. Thanks a lot! Recommendable!

The Chantilly room was lovely, reasonably clean, with a comfortable bed, and a very convenient location that allows you to easily access everything nearby and return to the hotel at any time. The manager was very kind and welcoming, and offered great advice about the city!

A very warm welcome from the friendly and attentive managers, who offered excellent advice. We stayed there with our two children and everything went smoothly. The room, amenities, and services were perfectly adequate for the price. We will gladly return on our next trip to Lourdes. Thank you for your kindness.

A small, cozy, and homey hotel. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, and about a 10-minute walk through the souvenir shop area to the Lourdes spring. The rooms are named after major cities around the world. The rooms aren't large, but they have showers. There's a McDonald's nearby if you'd like, an internet cafe, and a laundry service. I think it's a good location for exploring the city. The young lady who works here is studying Japanese.
