Very clean and convenient for the train station and the old town. Room small but has lots of amenities for self catering. Bathroom and shower small and dimly lit, but everything works. No reception desk which was fine except JustIn key was sent a bit late , which had me concerned. But would stay there again.

Nice place with pod type accommodation with kitchen facilities to use in your own room. Kitchen has nice things to buy and use. Breakfast is varied and nice to make your own. Room was nice, comfy beds too. Lots of amazing lighting options, so great to have do many things, a home away from home.

The shower drain hole was blocked. The cleaner kept drying up the shower tray with a towel and leaving the wet towel in the bathroom. This left a fusty odour in the toilet each time.

Very nice, comfortable and quiet hotel. The breakfast was delicious.

Great, comfortable hotel about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Olomouc. Rooms are well designed and well equipped with a kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge etc. The self service breakfast is plentiful. Would stay again.

The hotel is new compared with those in the city centre. It was so hot during my stay (~33C). Many hotels in the city centre don't have air-conditioning but I am glad that this is not an issue in this hotel. The staff are very helpful.

A lovely stay in a great hotel, which has a fab location. Two point which could be improved - firstly, the beds are very narrow, and secondly, the breakfast was very simple and could have included more choice.

Great location if traveling by train or car. The rooms were very comfortable. It was very quiet. My daughter enjoyed the playground in the backyard after the complimentary breakfast. Quick drive or tram into the downtown. Of note: This is a self-service hotel -- but Expedia does not provide the instructions. To get into the hotel and your room, you will need to download a phone app. For parking, you may need to get a key from the lobby to unlock the posts that block the spots when they are empty (unless the post is already down in an empty spot). Some instructions are on the hotel's website, as well as an email address for more information. There is a phone number on the entry door if you arrive and are unable to enter. Also of note: We had two rooms: one room had a safe (where we stored our passports), the other did not. We stayed for 4 days, and there appeared to be a manager in the building every morning during breakfast. Some evenings a manager was on duty, and other evenings did not. All managers were very friendly and helpful. It was a modern, clean, safe, very comfortable, and affordable hotel with air conditioning and breakfast.

The concept of the hotel is great. The rooms me the common areas are very nice. Quite close to the center in walking distance. We are very satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is located within 5 minutes walk (with heavy suitcase) from the main railway station in a quiet residential area. It is easy to either walk into town or use public transport. Hotel personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was most welcome. It is very important that one contacts the hotel in advance and advises arrival time since reception is not always manned and it may be necessary to download an app onto a mobile phone to gain access.
