It was handy to the train station where we arrived from the Tranz Alpine ride and back the next morning to catch the bus back. Able to walk it easy distance

Clean and well-equipped. Uphill roundabout walk from the train station, so better to request for the shuttle.

Good value. Great location. Worked well for us self catering although fridge wasn’t very cold but ice box was ! Wifi little patchy.

We booked this accomodation for one night. It was quiet and had plenty of parking.

The owner was very nice and understanding of our situation. We explained we were on our way to a wedding and needed to get ready and they very kindly let us into our room early!

Lovely room.

We had a one-night stay that was just what we needed. However, it could have been better if the neighbors weren’t a basketball team that kept throwing Haka in the middle of the night. It wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but since it was 10 p.m., no one answered the phone.

The marketing materials don't appropriately reflect the establishment. Half of the rooms are hidden behind the rooms shown on prmo materials. No views if the sunset from the Sundowner, which is disappointing.
