Spacious but surprisingly rundown and anonymous for the price. Location is good - short walk to the bus, the main ski lift or a little bit further to the HB. They said we could come check in an hour early but in the end we waited until exactly the normal check in time - limited staff that were cleaning up until the last minute. Hotel is huge, so we were in the older part set to the side - relatively quiet but people were smoking outside so we could never crack the windows. Furniture was old, stained and just run down. Did not want to take our shoes off on the old carpet. Bathrooms were clean - two toilets even! And we had 3 separate beds which was quite roomy, but no working TV, no small fridge and the sofa was practically ripped apart and stained. Limited linens and pillows are extremely flat - but the staff was kind enough to give us extras when we asked for it. For more than 200 Swiss Francs a night, even in the middle of the week, not a great deal if all you do is sleep there. Not a cozy place to hang out while others go to ski. Pizza place adjacent is horribly rude and expensive - look further!

Perfect for a quick stay

The hotel was clean and the location was top. However, the hotel is very old and not perfectly maintained.

Somewhat basic sleep-only hotel. The hotel have seen better days but good value for money and conveniently close to the parsenn lift.

This was practical and convenient for work although perhaps better suited for leisure travel.

The hospitality here was amazing! If I ever go to Davos again, I will be in this hotel!

Absence of personnel; Some maintenance shortfall... but Spacious rooms,a great location, quiet

It's a strange place in that huge empty corridors and some vacancies rooms appear boarded up. But don't let that put you off. For an excellent price huge comfortable ensuite room plus I enjoyed a swim in their pool and a sauna. Staff very helpful and friendly. Travelled in April so price reflected end of ski season although snow still on mountains and a fair few skiers.

Super rude/useless staff. It almost seemed it was a hassle I was there!

Perfect hotel in the center of town!! We loved our huge room and balcony.

easy check-in at reception, given a card that entitles to free cable cars, bus and train tickets throughout stay, which was superb. free coffee, biscuits in reception everyday is a nice touch. room was nice and spacious with a balcony looking out towards the rear of the building, comfortable bed, television, nice clean bathroom (with bath) all in all a really good stay. owner/manager doesn't understand English which was okay and kinda funny as he kept going onto google translates.

The overall experience was good because we found a clean and tidy place. There were very few other people at the hotel so it was very quiet - Lucky us!

Fantastic very special and grand hotel. Pretty deserted. Running on a shoe string. Room was a bit cool (but it was -18C outside, and I got a good night's sleep). No restaurant, bar or breakfast but free cakes and beverages 24 hours, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and a nice bakery opposite doing breakfast for CHF 7.50.

Das Hotel ist soweit ok. Es ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer hat noch nach Rauch gerochen (von seinen besseren Zeiten). Für einen Kurzaufenthalt, so wie wir es hatten, ist es voll ok. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Check- in und out unkompliziert.

Erwartungen erfüllt.

Zimmer war sehr sauber, sehr warm und die Umgebung war ruhig. Der Balkon ist riesig, leider nur ein Stuhl und kein Tisch. Wenn Sie eine gute und günstige Unterkunft nir zum übernachten suchen, sind Sie hier genau richtig. Das Hotel ist sehr alt und mittlerweile fast schon baufällig, was man vor allem unten in der Lobby sieht.
