Nice view, clean room, kind staff ,,, everything was excellent.

The hotel was lovely, and the staff were helpful/courteous. However, I want to note that the hallway lighting on our floor was quite subdued. We were traveling with my mother, who is elderly, and the low light made it challenging for her to navigate.

프런트 직원의 차분한 안내가 특히 좋았습니다. 통상의 서비스를 넘는 서비스 좋았습니다. 해수욕장뷰 조금 비용이 들더라도 이용해보시면 최상급. 입니다. 언제라도 다시 가고싶은 장소로 추천 합니다.

룸상태도 좋았습니다. Good trip

Beach views were spectacular. Easy walk right onto & down the beach. We stayed here to enjoy the seaside temple next door. It was perfect as we walked straight out and into it. Otherwise we would have had to drive there and pay for parking.

Room is very clean.serviceis so good. Beachview is excellent.

Many of the hotel's facilities were old and the hotel staff's service was not satisfactory.

Everythings are ok. But there are no 비데 in rest washing room. I know Naksan beach hotel is high class hotel.. I could not understand there are no 비데 in washing room..

good: 남녀노소 좋아할만한 조식. 직원들의 친절함. 낙산사와 해수욕장이 코 앞. 작은 키즈룸. bad: 너무 큰 화장실 환풍기 소리. 온돌룸의 얇은 이불. 테라스없음.

다 좋았으나 매일 뷔페 메뉴가 같아서 아쉬움

I requested an extra blanket, and they informed me there would be a $12 charge. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this was the first time I encountered such a policy. Guests should be aware that additional items beyond the standard amenities may incur extra fees. During my stay, the spa was closed, and the game room was not air-conditioned. The wifi was very slow.

지난번 숙박후 좋아서 부모님모시고 가족여행으로 2번째 방문입니다. 다좋았지만 작년에 비해 조식이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.25000원의 조식이기에는 너무 음식종류가 없어서 손이 가는 것이 없던게 많이 아쉬웠습니다.이정도의 조식이면 2만원 미만이 많을것같단 생각도 듭니다. 방도 모두 만족하고 돈이 아깝지 않았지만 식대....조식비...요거 하나는 정말....아까웠네요....조금더 다양한 메뉴를 신경써주셨음합니다.

모든 시설이 현대화 되어 있어서 편리했으나, 비데가 없다는 것이 큰 아쉬움으로 남았습니다.
