We stay 2 nights...they didnt make the clean services ....the lady on the front desk was rude...and incompete

Don't count on breakfast. I left for the airport at 8 am, breakfast still wasn't ready.

Hotel was clean, rooms were good. Just wished they had buffet breakfast and not someone serving us. Our first morning the lady was rude, but other than that the hotel was nice, the swimming pool was too.

Super clean and good smell resting bedrooms and the entire hotel. Good security, great location several shopping places to shop and eat. I stayed 4 days and beds are super comfortable. 1 thing the hotel could improve is hire or train friendly staff for better customer service.

Everything was great. The rooms were really nice and the service was excellent. I had no issues other than the AC not working well. The room got cool and all no issues but we had to set it at the lowest temp. and in the other room there were no issues. We didnt report it since as I mentioned if we set it to the lowest the room got cool. Other than that we ordered food and wanted to leave the trash outside so it wouln't stink up the room but was told to wait until the next day for cleaning service to pick it up. Apart from this everything was great. The pool was clean and it we were given schedules to choose from so as to not have evryone there at the same time and also the receptionist were very attentive and provided fabulous service. Would definitely stay there again. Hopefuly the grill is available next time when the pandemic is over.

City Express Altamira is an excellent place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room. Lobby floor had a sticky spot. Good coffee.

When I arrived it was no parking space,it’s a big hotel for only a few parking lot,people waiting for checking like 30 minutes, cause system it was down.
