The bed was hard. Everything in the room is old and worn. Need an upgrade. Location- right in front of the train station. Walls are paper thin. The sheets and towels were clean but I wouldnt walk on the floor without shoes. The room smelled of deodorizer.

The hotel located near to the train station. Walking distance to the supermarket.

It is next to the bus and train station, making it convenient to travel out. However, the room and toilet are a bit dated.

The location of the hotel was very good as it was next to Miaoli Train Station, but the room had a strong smoking stench that made it extremely uncomfortable for staying, to the point that I had to leave the window open throughout the stay

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The facility is little old. But it's fairly clean. Since it's the neighbor of the rail station, you can see and hear the train when it's passing by. Luckily it's not too noisy or disturbing.

洗手盆去水不好，冷氣有滴水聲，另外房間一直有蚊子。

Nice decor in Japanese style. The room was upgraded to a spacious one with modern design.

交通方便，房間清潔度佳，水壓很夠，水熱得速度也很快，隔音稍差，餐點選擇較少，但可接受

優點：距離火車站很近、房價很優惠。 希望可以改進的地方： 床偏硬、枕頭太軟，樓上在使用水時，樓下房間會聽到流水聲。 早餐選擇太少，5張大圓桌影響動線。 希望飯店可以重新裝潢，房內飲水機（完全不能用）、浴室蒸氣室這些都可以拿掉，可以增加住房使用空間。

第二次入住 很滿意 乾淨舒適整潔 空間也很大 但下午年輕的櫃台可能是新來的 需要加強教育查尋訂房網的部份

櫃台人員服務態度很好 房間很乾淨 設備齊全 後火車站走出去一下就到了 相當方便

房間隱約有股水溝味 隔音不好

在苗栗車站的附近 交通非常方便 開車來的話有停車場 搭車來的話走路就到 地理位置非常好 早上還有附早餐 真的很棒 唯一美中不足的 只有隔音比較差 其他都很棒唷～

服務很好，細心，週到
