It was a very modern, clean and spacious room. The only issue I had was the walls and floors do not seem to be insulated well…i could hear people on side of me knocking and the people above me moving furniture around or most likely rolling their suitcases all over.

I have stayed here many times. This stay was awful. Went to shower Sunday morning. No hot water! Front desk said too many people were using the hot water and there was no hot water in the entire hotel. I have never heard that pitiful of an excuse, and I dint believe it. I suspect there was something broken and the hotel didn’t want to accept responsibility. Anyway, took a brief ice cold shower and moved on.

Check in time so I had to wait an hour and 40 minutes. I got there at 11:40 didn’t get a room until one should’ve been better. I had to sit in a chair for that long uncomfortable to wait to get a room.

Only hotel in close proximity to where i needed to be.

Staff is very friendly upon check in. Close to Walmart and dining.

Staff was great. Special Mardi Gras and Super Bowl decorations were beautiful. Breakfast was nice.

Good location for business or a stay in the Arabi or Chalmette area. Only 20 min to downtown and about 35-45 min to the airport. Very safe area of town.
