Fantastic night stay at Rock Moor House. Carolyn very kindly opened up for us last minute. Rooms were very comfortable and well decorated. Location was great and breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

Our 2nd visit here and excellent yet again. Warm and welcoming, rooms are a great size, furnished and decorated tastefully. We had a family room which is in fact 2 connecting rooms- both huge. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with a good cold selection as well as a quality cooked breakfast. Located close to coast and Alnwick. Highly recommended

Gorgeous secluded and rustic B&B ran by the lovely Carolyn. We had such a fantastic night. Great breakfast too and a perfect dark night’s sleep.

Stayed here in Jun 2021 for one night and had the best experience ever! Pleasant host, very personable we chatted in the living room where there was cake and sherry and port! room was just perfect as were the gardens! And breakfast, was amazing. Cooked to order and plenty of choice. The kippers were excellent.

My self and husband stayed for 4 nights end of June . On arrival we could see that rock moor house is a very special place . Our room was very clean + comfortable with lots of space . There was always plenty of hot water for showers + replacement towels + the furnishings are very nice. We had a good night's sleep as it's surrounded in countryside. Our breakfast in the morning was superb plenty of cereals / yoghurts/ fruit. home made bread . Full English breakfast + other options. all of excellent quality. Carolyn did a fantastic job in making our stay excellent . Very friendly + nothing is too much trouble . Thankyou x
