The room was great. The staff was great!! The breakfast is delicious. Irene our waitress at the restaurant is the reason why we keep coming back.

I stayed for 4 nights. I did not experience any issues at all. Smooth check in, clean room, clean and nice restroom, and was able to get good sleep. The staff was really nice and very attentive. When I would arrive after hours, the greeter at the door would get up and meet me outside with the door open. The hotel smelled great. They had free fruit around the hotel everyday. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. Easy walk to the historic center. Convenient location to get to museums and to the historic center shops. Would recommend and would stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is super clean, the staff is kind and the service is excellent.

good air conditioning

The staff were super nice and welcoming. They even helped me contact the taxi service I took after I left my phone in the taxi car. The door man was able to help me and I am grateful for him. The place is conveniently located. Central location made it accessible to walk to the zocalo, Bella’s artes and other must see places. The food from the breakfast buffet was yummy and had a great variety of food.

Our phone was STOLEN during room service. rude staff. DONT STAY HERE, had to end up filing a police report.

Very nice hotel and staff was very nice, had a few issues with the wifi, wasn’t the best but overall I had a wonderful stay. I recommend.

Nice staff and room

This is the second time I stay in this hotel. I love the location, room size, staff is very helpful and breakfast is very good.

I have stayed at this property on 4 different occasions, and I would not return if the accommodation, services or cleanliness of the property was bad. I highly recommend anyone considering this place to book it.

The room was very clean and modern. I got the junior suite with a king bed and the room was very big and spacious. It's in a central location near lots of museums and restaurants. The hotel also has a restaurant and a cafe in the lobby for that desperate morning cup of coffee. The staff was kind and helpful especially the bell man who was very friendly. The hotel was also quiet except in the morning where you might hear a little bit of rumbling from other guests. Overall, i would stay here again.

Spacious room, the staffs puts effort in the breakfasts. It was a nice stay.

Overall a nice experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. However, we have been informed that their is no shuttle to the airport (advertised on hotels.com). The gym was locked and their was no iron for the clothes in the room.

The only surprise was the quality of the towels . They are old and need replacing . The location was excellent and Raoul in the dining room was very caring . Also the tall young nan in the evenings at Reception .
