If you like walking , this is an excellent place to stay. Very helpful staff team and super breakfast. Would certainly stay here again.

This is such a lovely hotel - we so enjoyed our stay The place is very relaxing to be in - staff super friendly and food excellent The house is 17th century but very comfortable and well equiped Plus very good value - even gave us complementary drinks plus packed lunches Will definitely go again

Lovely place - so not the corporate chain hotel. Had a really good evening meal. Breakfast was also excellent. Packed lunch was a bonus. Hotel is obviously geared for walkers and there seemed to be plenty of maps / info provided by the hotel. All the staff were super friendly. Can't wait to stay again.

Amazing 17th century coaching Inn. Fabulous room and great bathroom. Lovely dinner in the restaurant and so nice to sit in the lounge (with no tv), and enjoy the music and play cards. It was a wonderful stay, and the bonus packed lunch with brilliant!

Yes the breakfast was outstanding with lots of choice and superb ingredients.

Everything was amazing, from the lovely helpful staff, complimentary drinks and packed lunches to the lovely room and fantastic food, we had a great stay. Beautiful place and great walking on the doorstep, perfect.

Lovely huge room, big comfy bed, fridge in room with a complimentry drink, plenty of tea, coffees & a hot chocolate & biscuits. Warm & cosy with 2 easy chairs. Was cleanish but toilet had bad stains in bottom, skirting boards dirty & not hoovered well, carpet very dirty but winter time & everywhere wet & sludgy, room & bathroom really ready for being decorated looked scruffy. The house was stunning & well worth visiting, stunning location. The staff were exceptional, friendly & really professional & the food at dinner was absolutely delicious, fantastic chef in my opinion, breakfast really good too & we got a complimentary packed lunch every day which consisted of Sandwich of choice, crisps, piece of fruit, chocolate bar & water, all in all we found it really good value for money, really enjoyed our break & definitely will go back. 9/10 just few cleaning issues.

A last minute booking and we felt very lucky and blessed to find this amazing hotel. From the minute we arrived we were given first class service! Lovely touches, like fresh milk and a welcome bottle of beer and prosecco in our room. A fabulous gala dinner and breakfast and then finished with an amazing picnic to take away with us People friendly, dog friendly and in an idyllic location Thank you to manager Andy and all your amazing staff

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff.

Breakfast was the best bit. Room was tired and furniture did not match at all. We were put in a second floor annex and I recently had a knee replacement operation meant climbing stairs was not easy in cold, late dark December days. The heating in our room and in front of the not so glowing log fire left something to be desired. Tv needed sorting out, so asked reception girl to come and put it right which she did only when she had finished bar work??. Overall not the winter experience I hoped for…

Fantastic stay, the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The customer service from all members of staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The food was very good and the added touch of a complimentary packed lunch and welcome drinks in the room were a very thoughtful touch, as was the birthday dessert presented at dinner for husbands birthday. Would totally recommend Biggin Hall hotel and we will definitely re visit.
