Location near the center, near the night market, near the beach. Friendly staff, ok support

I found the tables and chairs a bit old and the toilet a bit small, cramped for 2 people. My friend and I had our own blankets so we borrowed another blanket from the hotel but they didn't give us one, they only lent us a very thin mattress sheet so we couldn't sleep comfortably at night because the blanket kept slipping off. I hope the hotel considers this so that customers can have a better experience. Thank you!

Reasonable price for the holidays, good. Will come back here next time.

Prepare for the delay and blame the guest who booked 4 hours in advance for not being able to get the room card in time while booking from 10am to 2pm to check in but the hotel said there was no time.

My family stayed at Ibis Nha Trang for 4 nights, I stayed with a view of the sea and right on the stage. The hotel is comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly and attentive to guests, there is nothing to complain about. The hotel's location is very convenient, you can walk because it is right at the night market, there are many restaurants, cafes and services around... 10 points according to my feelings.

Good location, near the beach but the street was so crowded. The room was clean and the swimming pool was super.

Would be better if the lobby was alway Air-conditioned also need more sitting lounge as current lounge uncomfortable. Preferred to have auto front door to keep the cool air inside.

khách sạn sạch sẽ, nhân viên hỗ trợ tốt, nhất là mình có để quên đồ đạc tại sảnh khi checkout , dù đã sau 7-8 tiếng nhưng khi quay lại thì lễ tân vẫn nhớ mặt khách hàng và đưa lại đồ cho mình trong khu vực đồ thất lạc..

Everything from the room, the front desk staff is fine except the massage service. Although I know this is a service not managed by the hotel (only after asking the Spa reception), but I never really thought that one day I would encounter the following cases: (1) The staff is rude, body shaming customers; (2) Blatantly asking for a tip. >> That day I went with a group of friends, but I didn't know what it would be like to go alone. The massage staff here really let me down. 4 star hotel that 1 company rental service is too bad. Ruined the mood of the group outing. :(

Clean room, friendly reception, cool swimming pool. Very pleased. Will visit again next time
