Location strategic, walkable distance from Shin Osaka Station (East), elevator also available from the exit to the concourse (3F) Room was a bit cramped, if you brought a big luggage

From Shin Osaka station, it 's very close, you can have breakfast too at Matsuya, even though the room is small but standard for Japan, there is a window with a city view and the room is clean, highly recommended.
