Excellent hotel and staff, unfortunately had some rude arrogant guests sat next to us one evening at dinner. This is not a reflection of the hotels amazing service 😊

Majestic views, friendly staff, good food

Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.

Traveled with a 4 year old and the guy at the reception gave us a key to the room that didn't work, then left the front desk. When we returned for a new key, no one was there and we all had to rest on a sofa in the restaurant till past midnight, until someone came back to give us a new key. Received a measly 7 Euro compensation for that mess. Clean, nice rooms and good breakfast buffet, but bad customer service.

Overall a nice hotel. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, nice shower and a good size room. The only issue that lets it down is slow / poor Wi-fi. During a business trip trying to work from the hotel this can be frustrating. Location is a little out of town too, if you have a car though, no issues.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. The restaurant inside was great not only for breakfast, but their dinner selection was wonderful. They also serve alcohol which is a plus!

Our GPS took us an intimidating route up the hill to this hotel for a one night stay, but it was well worth the climb, both because of the view and because the hotel itself was lovely. We got confused a bit, having parked (for free) behind the hotel where the route to and from the elevator took us through an area being remodeled. But we finally found our comfortable room in a quiet corner with an incredible view of the woods from our window. We were not there long enough to use the hiking paths and did not eat breakfast, but we did have a delicious supper at the restaurant. We would definitely stay there again -- and plan to stay long enough to explore bustling Hildesheim next time.

I was late arriving in Germany for a music festival (Mera Luna 2015) and the hotel was more than accommodating for my tardiness. The breakfast was excellent, the service was beyond exceptional, wifi/internet was included (thank goodness), and the room was cleaner than anything I've seen here in the US.

Nettes Hotel. Dieses mal sehr verwinkeltes Zimmer und schlechte Matratzen (Höhenunterschied und zu spürende Federn).

Das Zimmer war großzügig im Platzangebot, gepflegt. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und vielfältig. Für weitergehende Beurteilung war der Aufenthalt zu kurz.

For dyrt i forhold til hvad vi fik for pengene, når man betaler 2.450 kr. for en nat. Havde vi forventet mere af dette fire stjernede hotel. Betalte oveni 6 euro for en p-plads udenfor hotellet. Morgenmaden var fin.

Erittäin siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli, jossa oli hyvä palvelu.

Surprisingly we had to pay for parking at the hotel, when it is impossible to arrive at hotel without a car. I wonder if they wish us to pay extra for using the beds next time ?

Wir kommen immer wieder auf der Durchreise hierher und sind immer voll zufrieden. Total ruhig hier und erholsam.
