Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, immaculate clean & ideally situated right on the beach ! Loved it xx

Staff all friendly and helpful

Regular visitors who love the location & facilities. The staff are always welcoming and super helpful. The only hiccup for us this stay was the annual saints Festival that took place about 100 yards away with extremely loud music from 9pm until approximately 3am for 3 consecutive days. If a warning could be added when booking regarding the festival that might help families pick an alternative week.

Absolutely perfect. We went as a girl's trip. Our room slept 4 comfortably, featured a kitchen, and we could see the water from our balcony! Perfect location; restaurants, shops, and beach within steps. I'd recommend this restaurant to a family or a group. Hotel staff were wonderful and this room was immaculate! AC was broken when we checked in but was promptly fixed and worked perfectly.

Brilliant location, fabulous views, very clean as always with polite and helpful staff always available. The pool has its own lifeguard and sun beds which is great for families. The 2 mins walk to the child friendly beach is also perfect. Plenty of local shops/restaurants plus a small play park On your door step.

Absolutely lovely apartments. Spent 1 week with my husband and son. Beautiful apartments...clean..modern. Staff were the loveliest people. Would definitely go back

Fantastic sea view, great location, spotless apartment with daily fresh towels. The reception staff were very friendly & Lenka was incredibly welcoming, helpful & kind especially to my 3 year old.

The setting of the hotel was excellent. We had to ask to get sun loungers out as they still viewed it as out of season. Both pools were cold and we never got the premier room we were expecting. This resort caters mostly for German and Dutch tourists.

Although it was the older apartment amenities were good the reception staff were amazing especially the lady .

The apartments are very clean and comfortable and it is located really close to the beach. You will be in German land... tv and radio with just German channels. The breakfast is ok and the staff is very helpful.

Supernöjd! Fräsch, lugnt och nära till allt. Stranden ligger endast några meter från hotellet. Generös med skugga om du behöver en paus från solen. Väldigt turistiskt område med mycket tyskar. Om du vill ha något mer spanskt och traditionellt får du boka något annat ställe. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Ett minus är att hotellets pool inte är för djup och stor, ser nästan ut som är en barnpool.

Mijn vriend en ik hebben een heerlijke korte vakantie gehad, ons verblijf was geweldig bij Apartamentos Ponent. Schoon, zeer vriendelijk personeel, ontbijt was lekker (ruime keuze) en de bedden waren goed! Het uitzicht op zee was prachtig, alles in de buurt; gezelligheid door de vele restaurantjes en winkeltjes om je heen. Strand voor de deur en de opstapplaats voor de boottochten. Parkeren kan ook bij Ponent (maar is vrij prijzig) dus wij hebben ervoor gekozen om vlakbij en gratis in de buurt te parkeren aan de straten. Kortom we hebben genoten! Wij komen zeker een keer terug.

Confort propreté appartement en état neuf et spacieux. 2 TV . Climatisation parfaite. Lits très confortables. Amabilité et serviabilité du personnel.

Fantastisk hotel

Hotel idéalement situé, personnel aux petits soins, proprete irreprochable! Les chambres sont spacieuses et tres confortables. La cuisine est tres bien equipee. L appartement est tres propre dans toute les pièces ! La terrasse est un petit plus tres agréable ! L hotel est tres calme malgre les bars autour ! Je recommande et hotel pour un sejour au top!

Un endroit super, accentué par la gentillesse du personnel, et la propreté de l'ensemble du batiment. Le site est propice à la petite promenade pédestre, et bien situé pour découvrir l'Ouest et le Sud de l'Ile.
