The feeling of sleeping on a wooden board, the mattress is very uncomfortable.

Just the standard room is too small, without refrigerator and make up table.

Washroom just nice. Everything look new but your bed is worst. Like lying on the wood with comforter. Suit travel for work. Sakit badan aku hahaha.

For 1 night stay, the room was good for the price you are paying. Good job well done to the team. Keep it up!

The hotel staff was great, but location was far away from the city centre and heritage site. and far away from food also There was a night market beside the hotel and it so crowd and I can't sleep. The air conditioner wasn't cold at all. and there was no coffee or tea provided in the room.

Rooms are beautiful and no problem. Only use of iron over time will be charged. And the problem on the door card, I went back to the room and could not hold back to the water, multiple touch cards on the door but failed to open. I had to go down to the lobby using the lobby toilet and then just finish the card on the counter.

Ads that are not clear / incorrect information. I lost rm51 ringgit due to the problem. Spend time, losing money.

The hotel was nice but why do people need to rent an iron for RM5/day? This is my first experience when staying at the hotel, if you want to use an iron, you need to rent. Whatever it is, the hotel is cool!
