Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The amenities, atmosphere, and overall service exceeded our expectations. We truly had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect and memorable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Hard to get comfortable, the rooms needed some maintenance and the restaurants needed more staff. This is not a typical double tree that I’m use to staying at. We picked this hotel because of free valet services, restaurant options and being a Hilton Honors member, however that was not provided as advertised. Disappointed , so we moved to another hotel. Made us questioned why even be Hilton Honors member???

The attention we got from all the staff was amazing. The quality of the food was excellent and the whole experience was awesome! The room was always clean and we felt like being at home!

Needs maintenance needs a lot of improvement on the room sofa and sofa pillow need to be changed. They were dirty and smell .

The television don’t work properly and the restroom was dirty and leaking water

Staff was very welcoming. I really enjoyed the spa services. The only bad thing is that out of the three elevators, one was out of service the whole time and the elevators took quite a while to get through the floors and there were no options of guest taking the stairs to make moving up and down the facility a bit quicker.

Very courteous staff. Everything was clean. The pool was great. Great beach access. Convenient location for getting around. Would stay again

Nice pool and balcony view but hotel is dirty and does not meet Hilton standards. Our bathroom sink was clogged and issue was not adressed. One elevator is broken so it takes a very long time to get elevator. Water filter not functional (drop by drop). Needs more vegetation on the hotel grounds. I liked that it was quiet at night and no nightclubs in the area.

Beautiful view from balcony. Great room service. Walk in rain showers. Front desk staff were great always. A few dinning options nearby, Starbucks and Oxxo across the street.

El hotel luce muy limpio y el personal es muy amable, las albercas muy limpias y todo muy tranquilo. Está en muy buena área y tiene muchos restaurantes cerca y se puede caminar con mucha seguridad. Lo recomiendo, yo me volveré a hospedar aquí.
