Beautiful property on the beach! The staff was exceptional and breakfast was great. Amazing view from our room. Definitely recommend.

The front desk clerk Esmeralda was rude unfriendly unhelpful acted like I was bothered to wait on me unwelcomeing She didn’t greet me never smiled After I checked in which took her 15 minutes she left the front desk and went to. The back office and didn’t return for 15 minutes then she said ok sign the clheck in form and I asked for parking and. Payed I asked for my room key and she looked at me like I was crazy didn’t explain so i said do I get it at 4 she nodded her head So I came back at 4 and she said did anyone call you ? I asked her was I supposed to wait for a call she nodded never explained this to at check in so to the elevator to the bar to wait then I get the phone call room ready picked up the Keycard and went to the bellmen Arturo Who was the friendliest person in the place when we drove up he welcomed us put our luggage on a cart and kept it for us until our room was ready working out in the heat and still smiling ! The room was amazing that was at the only good thing It was a jr suite large living room very nice bathroom extra large closets and huge bedroom the only thing they had no glasses not even plastic?

The wifi didn’t work. If you don’t get the breakfast packet except to pay a lot for two people, Also no hot water. We did get towels everyday though and that was nice

Overall, the hotel is nice, and the staff was friendly and professional. I had a couple of issues on the first day, but the staff resolved them quickly, which I appreciated. That said, there were a couple of negatives that impacted my stay: 1. Noise from the nightclub: The hotel is next to a nightclub, so if you book a city-view room, be prepared for extremely loud music until around 3:00 a.m. It made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. 2. Misleading pool hours: According to the hotel, the pool is open until 8:00 p.m. However, they begin clearing the area and locking guests out about 15 minutes before closing. By 8:00 p.m., you’re no longer allowed to be in the pool area. That was disappointing, especially during the summer when it’s too hot to comfortably be outside before 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. This leaves very little time to enjoy the pool. On top of that, they also close access to the beach at the same time, which further limits your ability to enjoy the property’s amenities.

Since our flight got in early we requested to see if we can check in a bit early, which we were not able to due to room being not being ready. Understandable, we also asked if we checked in early we would pay the extra day and they said it was not possible. Once checked in everything went well until we arrive to our room. The room was clean but the only concern was the built up mold in the bathroom shower, AC vent and bathroom door trim rotted which was very unpleasant. Second day the AC goes out along with the power, called front desk and they inform us that they would send someone right away and had to wait for maintenance worker for 4 hours cancelling our plans so they can fix the problem. During that time we had to keep curtains closed to keep room cool while waiting for maintenance worker. The tv color was black and white and did not support apps to watch netflix. One of the three elevators was out of service so wait time to get to lobby took minutes. For it being a Hilton hotel it should be better maintenance and updated, I’ll be returning again but will have to reconsider my stay elsewhere if these problem continue to be a problem
