Nice hotel in a good location

Great hotel and really beautiful room. My only complaint is that our reservation specifically stated 2 people occupancy but our room only had 1 bathrobe and 1 set of slippers. So what's the point in telling the hotel how many people are staying when we don't even get the right amount of robes and slippers at booking?

Amazing rooms, service and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again. Only thing is parking is hefty at $50 a night.

Wonderful rooms. High end fit and finish. Only room complaint was the desk chair. Seat and seat back were sloped/angled in a way that was really uncomfortable. We had breakfast for 2 as part of the Expedia VIP and was quite enjoyable.

Unique and luxurious!

Loved the space in our room-first time with 3 people. Loved the view and location. The employees in the lobby were friendly and I witnessed a kind deed.

Service was excellent and site was gorgeous

Beautiful room, and so unique! The design of the hotel rooms themselves are so gorgeous. Artsy, understated, and luxurious. Bathroom was gorgeous and the 24 hour room service was a huge plus. All sorts of dining — we especially loved breakfasting at Honey Salt. Not to mention the BEST spa we have ever been to. We stayed here after our wedding and spent a couple hours in the spa — best experience. The RMTs were incredible and Thayes, who helped us throughout, was so friendly, professional and simply a true pleasure to be helped by. Would love to stay again.

Independent hotel restaurant Honey Sugar was only option for breakfast and was horribly understaffed- reputation preceeded my trip and proved to be true. Good food but service incredibly slow with hostess stopping to clean tables while line of 20 waited to be seated. Oblivious to need for moving faster. groups being seated every 5 minutes, with man ahead saying 'same as last time he was here'.

Furniture in rooftop bar area (inside) needs recovering on chairs, very worn and threadbare.

The property location is great! Very convenient! The hotel itself is new, modern and staff is very friendly. The only two things to highlight that could be improved: gym is much better in the JW Marriott hotel which you can access as well with the room key, it just needs extra walk. Another challenge can be noise: depending on a room you get you might be facing inner garden with a bar where DJ with music is loud which is what we had to deal with. So check what side your room is on. Otherwise great hotel.

Horribly located Hotel, extremely loud lobby, impossible to have a phone call or meeting in. The testaurant/bar is a third party lease so tjere is no pull getting a reservation at all, i would never rec this hotel or return

Beautiful hotel, great service and location!

For the price, it was just ok. The bad. It felt a little run down for a suite. The curtains did not open and close easily, there were many stains on the carpet throughout and the fabric and cushions on the couch was worn. The bathroom was unusually small for such a large suite. The heater in the bathroom did not work and the shower head was leaking and spraying water from the connection point. There were very few lights in the bedroom making it dark at night. There was also a charge of $55 per night for parking and I had to valet because my truck did not fit in the garage. The good. Staff were great. From valets, bellman, room service and front desk, couldn’t ask for friendlier and attentive service. The room was very large and spacious with floor to ceiling windows and great natural light. The bed and bedding was clean and comfortable. I would not stay here again due to the busyness of the attached casino, high price and difficulty getting in and out of the area the hotel is located.

Remarkable accommodations right there in the center of Vancouver downtown...conjoined with a casino and several restaurants on property.
