Room is very big, that's the only good thing. WiFi is horrible, our devices often lost connection or couldn't open websites. Room service is bare minimum. Remember you have to clearly put on the room service sign, otherwise nothing happens. The so called office is unmanned except you request it beforehand, and no check-in after 7pm. The Hair Dryer in the room was not functioning properly. It's not a standard hotel experience if you expect one.

Never ever stay in this place,,very bad experience i ever had with my europe trip. Not worth at all for what i paid, choose other hotel, it has a lot there and closer to centre than pepita, i arrived at the office, scold by the man who admit he is michael, (i thought he is Roberto as written in book in the room), he said i didn't tell the exact time of my arrival, and also i booked for 3 guests, he said only 2, he over charged me for 42€ for 2nights or i can not check in. Meanwhile i tried to contact Tiket.com/Expedia. But that Michael didn't want to wait, he kept saying he doesn't have time for me. He force me to pay 42€ or cannot check in. If you are with big and heavy suitcases, this place is horrible, you have to go on stairs before reach the small elevators (only fit 1 person and 1 big suitcase). The room is not bright, lots of old book, and the toilet lots of mosquitos and flies. They kept come out everyday from the toilet. You are not allow having meal in the room, no complete toilettries provided, and breakfast have to cross the street, with limited choices. We are not treated like a customer, very not worth, not recommend at all. I feel very regret i chose this place to stay.

This is a very nice little B&B that I highly recommend! The room was perfect for our family of four, very spacious and clean. The host is friendly and service minded. He gave us a list of restaurants to try and we went to three of them; all very good. The breakfast is served at a café across the street. There is a parking garage just next door. Only 5 minutes to walk to Piazza Bra. No need for any taxi when you're staying this close to the city center.

We had a good stay here. It was close to the center (about 5 min walk), and close to the train station as well. The room was spotless, with new fixtures and furniture, and the bathroom was roomy and well organized. The bed is very comfortable! Breakfast is arranged with a cafe across the street, and unfortunately very limited - only a ham and cheese toast or a croissant, with a hot and cold drink. That kind of got old after a couple of days. Also, there is no lobby with a front desk or concierge, and no common area to hang out if you don't want to stay in your room. All in all, we really liked our stay and recommend it.
