Noisy switching utility in room but otherwise fine.

I really enjoyed my stay at Verve Hotel Bedford. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was friendly and very clear about what the hotel offered and when – which made everything super easy to settle into. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a double bed room, which was a really nice touch and much appreciated. The location was great too – just a short distance from the town centre, the rail station, and a big Sainsbury’s, so everything I needed was close by. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt well looked after during my time there. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Initial reception clear and concise delivered politely and professionally. Room spacious for two. Shower hot and powerful.Bathroom spotless. Bed large and comfy. Hotel convinient for the town and 9 min walk on the flat to railway station. No problem getting seat in rushour out of Blackfriars London. Auto checkout was helpful.

Great place to stay

This colorful property is clean, quiet, well-run and a good value. I needed something close to the train station and the city center, it ticked both boxes. The continental breakfast for £5.50 was a excellent for the price. I have no complaints

Thin walls and a loud snorer in the next room. Discovered there was no hot water in the morning in either the sink or the shower. I had to rush to catch a train so no time to complain.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, restaurant is amazing and all at great value

Room was large but had a very small window so no real daylight into the room. Bathroom was small, mould on the ceiling and the shower only gave out extremelyhot water as the mixer seemed broken. If it wasnt for the fan in the room the room would have been very hot as could not get any ventilation. Bed was comfortable, extremely small tv on the wall. Carpet was stained Towels were clean and soft.

Very impersonal and virtually no staff about. The room was huge and very black so not particularly homely. Would I stay here again, probably not

Beautiful property. Front of house gentleman was extremely welcoming and really helpful. Very friendly too. Room was perfect. Extremely happy with my stay, perfect base for the concert I attended in Bedford Park.

The room for one night was very pricey. The room was the same as most in hotels I normally book in Central London...except this room cost x3 more. There was nothing extra special to warrant the extra money.
