Good room.

Clean room and great amenities. Excellent staff service. Detreanna was very attentive and accomodating. 100% recommended stay.

I hate to give bad reviews,I’ll be polite and warn others not to stay here. I’m not sure how or why Expedia rated this place a 9 but from the staff to the cleanliness of the rooms were 1 star

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. I would stay here again!

VERY CLEAN AND ROOM WAS FULLY EQUIPPED WITH KITCHEN.

We had never stayed at a Home2 Suites before so we were not real sure what to expect. Place was excellent! Very clean and rooms have plenty of space. We both said we will start staying at Home2 Suites when they are in the area of our travels.

Everything was great.

There were some individuals loitering in the parking lot when we arrived (10 pm) that make me feel uncomfortable.

It wasn’t comfy Disappointed there was no bath tub like I seen on the pic I asked the bath tub at front desk when I knew we don’t have one, but couldn’t get it

Close to Busch Gardens! Had a couple of little issues but the staff resolved

We didn't like that the cleaning lady came at 4:30pm when we had been out of the room all day. We asked if she could come back in 15-20 minutes and she said NO

The room was much better than the room I stayed in last time. The bottle holders were starting to come off the shower wall. The rooms all need to be remodeled.

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was good and had many options, above and beyond other hotels. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are big. We also enjoyed the poll.
