We booked for the double room and already make full payment for the room and the reception give us the wrong room. It's not professional I think.The hotel can not save their commitment to give the room based on the reservation even it full payment reservation.

It's fun, the location is close to the train station, the staff is very friendly, the decor of the lobby, rooms, restaurants is interesting, really makes a holiday to Praha a memorable one, definitely recommend for those going to Praha, love this hotel.
