Excellent hotel! Beautiful, clean and very new! The room was awesome, there was even a cute window seat!

Toilet was dirty and curtains looked stained red. There was no vent in the room. The jetted tub seems to be making the room damp.

Wrong room when I checked in I called ahead to verify it was a handicap accessible room and it wasn’t. Then charged me $40 more on site when the room I needed was the same cost as the room they gave me.

We had a good experience overall. I would suggest more selection for breakfast. They were out of pancake batter.

It was clean, had a refrigerator and microwave which was convenient. It was easy to reach from highway.

Pool and hot tub area was clean which was nice - could have been open a bit earlier though

We’ve stayed here before and thought to give it one more try, but there’s hardly anyone at the front desk ever; and when we did speak to the front desk person/manager, we were told he is unable to handle our matter and the owner Ricky is super busy with his other businesses and we shouldn’t expect a reply from him for several weeks (we never heard from him- although I messaged him via the app as well).

I like the property and room. All is clean and neat. The WIFI is on the weak side.

If you’re thinking of checking in early they’ll make you pay $40 or another option would be that you come in at 3pm. Standard check in time. Every other hotels that I’ve stayed in, they were pretty open to check in early if any rooms are available. If you check out after 11am you have to pay fine.

Nice clean room. Got there just in time for bed on a very comfortable bed.

Room was clean staff was friendly. Breakfast had good choices and warm. Bathroom was dark. Vanity light didn’t work. Tub had a whole on the inside with a tape patch job. Overall would stay again.

Limited breakfast, everything is top notch.

There was some cheap repairs in the room. Was not pleased with cleaning staff be was not made. Dirty carpets. Sample shampoo conditioner and lotion were used and not replaced stains in bottles. Very humid in the hallways.

It was a good trip

Very nicely maintained property! Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning downstairs was convenient.

Rooms were cold breakfast was good the kids loved the pool

Definitely will be back to stay!! The hot tub was down but we still had a blast in the pool! I was a little bummed that it was far away from most of the things we went to do but I don’t regret it because of the hotel being so clean and the staff being nice! We got a room right in front of the elevator so it was kinda loud throughout the night but with a clean hotel room it was nothing to complain about, the room stayed cool the whole time which was also nice! 10/10 will be back!!!
