The hotel is a bit dirty and smelly, the blanket is a bit dirty, I booked for 2 nights but it was so dirty that I could only stay 1 night and checked out, I asked the owner for a refund but she spoke very harshly, I know it's difficult to get a refund when booking on the app so I politely asked the owner for a refund, the owner didn't agree but also spoke harshly.

The booking website said it included airport pick-up, but in reality the hotel said it didn't, and if you want pick-up, it costs an extra 100k. The room was big and beautiful, but not clean, and the hot water wasn't hot enough, just a little warm.

Booked a room but there were no rooms left. Then said no, broke the app, sorry.

When I tried to check in, the staff informed me that there was no booking under my name and it was Traveloka's fault for letting me book even though their hotel was fully booked earlier. They essentially gave me loads of BS reasons. The truth is that it was National Day, a lot of people flock to Hanoi, so they let customers book and then cancelled on those that chose to pay upon checking in (even though we gave credit card info for guarantee) in order to charge higher to those needing a space urgently. It was 7pm and I had nowhere else to go. There are a bunch of other guests who could not check in for the same reason. Those guests booked with Booking, so clearly it's not just Traveloka's issue but this hotel's issue. Such greedy and irresponsible manner, definitely don't recommend anyone to book with this hotel ever again.

The staff's attitude is very bad, the room was still booked and successfully paid for, but when arriving, they said there were no rooms available, they took no responsibility, and blamed the customer. Up to now, the room was still booked but they said it was locked since morning, I don't understand how this hotel does business.

The worst hostess I have ever seen. If you don't want to be treated rudely, I strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. The overall experience was extremely disappointing, everything was below standard.

Turn out it’s far from everywhere, hard to find convenience store, and the hotel looks so old, dark and not well maintain

The room was not clean, when we checked in they just started cleaning, the floor was wet and smelled terrible

Receptionist was indifferent and did not welcome me…. The room was spacious and quite clean, but there was no blanket.

No hot and cold shower, bad attitude, no airport shuttle service. Bad.

No internet. The 4G in the room is weak and unusable. The bed is not clean. The towels are so bad that I don't dare use them. In general, I won't see you again.

A very bad star hotel service, we should have breakfast but we weren't given it, the lights were off until late at night and there was no service to provide candles, instead we had to go down from the 5th floor to ask for candles, even then they were rude, drinking water that should have been 3, instead we got 1, contact by WA because we were experiencing shortness of breath was not answered at all, asking for hot water was not served, I will not want to stay here again.

The hotel is near the airport. Our 1st impression is like an old hotel, but we have no choice as we arrived at 11pm we just need to rest. When we arrive the hotel was locked, but lucky there was a lady sleeping kn the couch and she probably the hotel keeper. She couldnt speak english, but when we show our booking she gave as a room key. When whe enter the lift to go up, the lift was smell smoky. But when we open the room, it was a huge room and clean, at least we can sleep with a clean nice room despite of the old and smoky lift. If you just need a place stay 1 night is ok. But if you want to spend couple of night. You need to find others better.

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, the price is very affordable.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ. Tiện nghi. Đẹp.

Mùa lạnh nhưng khách sạn chỉ cho mỗi chăn mỏng dính lại còn nguyên vệt bẩn, cả drap gường cũng bẩn phòng cũ tường loang lổ, trả tiền thì ghi có dịch vụ ăn sáng nhưng sáng dậy thì không thấy gì :) Không có lần 2 quay lại
