Our stay in Paris was truly unforgettable, thanks to this amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and always ready to help with anything we needed — their hospitality made all the difference. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. What stood out the most was the atmosphere and how comfortable and relaxed we felt during our entire stay. This was without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

Enjoy place but not the location

I was a little worried about the hotel being right by the train tracks/station, but it was no trouble going to sleep or staying asleep and being so close to the train station made getting to and from the sites so easy and convenient. Great breakfast and clean rooms an comfortable rooms.

It is convenient to take a train to Paris central. The room is clean and spacious compared to most f hotels in Paris. All the staff are friendly and give us good hospitality.

Great service! Very clean and new hotel! Many thanks to Nelsey , Anthony and to the manager of the hotel! Breakfast is delicious! The staff made our stay less stresful by provinding us with directions to the city and they allowed us to store the luggages until late afternoon even if we checked out at noon. Having the luggages stored at the hotel allowed us to benefit of the remaming of the day until we caught our flight at 11 pm. Oh and this, it's a suburban train station behind the hotel, the N train runs every 15 mins and is about 2-3 mins of walking from the hotel, N train runs to the Gare du Montparnasse.. From there you have connection anywhere in the city (bus, subway , tram, etc)

Inside, the property was modern and clean with all the essential items. Staff were happy to help with anything they could. However the breakfast was minimal and didn’t include much hot food and there was no ketchup in the hotel (even asked reception). The hotel is further from the centre than we expected and requires 2 train/metros to get anywhere. There was road works occurring directly next to the hotel, blocking off half of the road as well as causing quite a lot of noise and an unpleasant view. We were not informed of or given a lower price as a result of this. Finally, the hotel offers parking but for €14 / day, and when we enquired if there was nearby onstreet parking we were told it cost the same/more, so we paid for the onstreet parking for the few hours we were there before finding out on the 3rd day that the street parking is non-payable throughout the month of August and so we could have parked for free.

Very nice breakfast, clean room, nice sized room, very close to train station so easy to get back too at the end of a day touring Paris

The customer service is very poor. The place is difficult to access transport to cbd

excellent breakfast...the soft scrambled eggs were very, very good. A little far from the center of Paris but quite accceptable.
