Decent, clean, environmentally concious

Overall the room was nice. It was a quick stay but check-in was a bit problematic as the person I originally spoke with didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I had to come back later for checkin and someone who knew what they were doing was able to answer my questions and seamlessly check me in

My room was quiet and clean.

It was very clean.. friendly check in/ desk people.. great safety features in the bathroom.. comfortable bed. Will stay again !!

The property was clean as well as the hotel itself. Great coffee, good breakfast. Front desk was not as welcoming when I checked in, room was not available and it seemed she was annoyed. Not in a great location, so it would have been nice if it had its own restaurant.

Everything was great!

They were actually very nice, letting us check in one hour before our estimated time. We went straight to the room and took naps. We were so tired. Thank you!

Very clean and tidy property. Close to everything in that area. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Check in and check out was a breeze and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

I always stay here when I travel to Newburgh to visit family and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is the nicest I’ve ever encountered, rooms are immaculate and the breakfast and bar are great perks.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Everything was ready and on time when we arrived. All needed adjustments and accommodations that we required during the weekend were met gladly with a smile and courtesy from both the evening staff and the morning staff.
