Room was great. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice with a large shower. It was very quiet as its located on a side street 2 blocks off Ave de la Reforma. It's a small enough hotel that there's not a lot of travelers coming and going so less noise. There's an OXXO 24-hour convenience store (7-11, Circle-K) out the front door to the right about 100 yards. Sells bottled water, coffee, beer, ice, etc.. Great restaurant that sells pastries around the corner called "Azucar Y Sal". Also 2 Taco restaurants to the left, "El Huequito" and "El Aguachilazo", inexpensive and quick. Lots of other food options close. While the area appeared questionable initially (not Polanco), it was safe as I was out at night. Lots of hotels to choose from in Mexico City but this one is centrally located with easy access to most of the city. We were happy with our choice. Would stay again.

Terrible. Venden las habitaciones que tienen balcones y mucha luz y cuando llegas te meten a una habitación sin ventanas improvisada en un pasillo. De los peores hoteles que he llegado.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had several issues that impacted my experience. Upon arrival, we found a fan running in the room, apparently to address a humidity issue. The concern was not just the presence of the fan, but the fact that it had not been removed prior to our arrival, as the room should have been fully prepared and inspected beforehand—especially since we checked in late at night. Additionally, when staff came to remove the fan after we requested it, they initially failed to notice that there was a large container of water left underneath it on the floor. This oversight added to the frustration and raised concerns about the room’s readiness. We reported the issue to the staff member on duty. While she mentioned that she would inform the manager, we never received any follow-up or even a simple apology, which was disappointing. Another inconvenience was the coffee maker. Although one was provided, the cord was so short that it could not reach the outlet from the table, requiring us to place it on the floor to use it—an impractical setup. Additionally, the condition of the room itself was concerning. We noticed visible mold and peeling paint on the wall near the bathroom, likely due to a humidity or water leak issue. This was quite unpleasant. The bedsheets also had noticeable stains, which was not acceptable from a cleanliness standpoint. Lastly, instead of providing bottled water, the hotel offered a water pod. Definitely not recommend!

Staff was great. Room was very clean. It was a bit dark and difficult to do my makeup, but otherwise I was very happy with the room. The location was perfect.

This is one of the worst hotels that we have stayed in. The room had no natural lighting at all and the light fixtures are difficult to navigate. The room was unbearably hot and the AC was ineffective. The amenities in the bathroom were not super useful - you could only press the shower gel bottle once or twice to get substance out, so could barely use any shower gel. No lotion. The room is also very small and there was a lack of privacy as it was easy for people to look into the room when exiting the lift. One day after cleaning, room door was open. Therefore, several issues with this hotel and would never recommend

A very nice base for CDMX. Walkable to the Zocalo Roma/Condessa and the Anthrpology museum. And a great cafe opposite corner of the block

I loved the property and will definitely be back. I was a little disappointed that the breakfast wasn’t available and the restaurant was closed. It was part of why I booked.

The room was great, we were in the other entrance on the 1st floor. The sound proofing for the bar next door was good, but the stairs are very loud and squicky. Heard multiple room coming in. If you want a quite room do not pick this one. Once it was over, all was very quite. Love the bed and service

The room had no natural sunlight. The windows opened onto a walkway and internal courtyard so having the curtains open wasn’t private and even then, barely any light came into the room. The wardrobe was in the bathroom and unless you are 7ft tall, you had to jump (or in my case climb), to reach the hangers. No extractor fan. Not enough power outlets. Cups didn’t fit under coffee machine (too tall). Kettle power cord was too short to reach an outlet. Bed was comfy and breakfast was available but average. Staff were lovely but you were left to it with now information on anything in the hotel. It would have been ok for a short stay but we were there for 9 and the lack of natural light was less than ideal.

Great staff. We felt very welcome. Hotel is very nice, good size room, great matress, and very cleaned. My only complaint is that the bathroom had a sewer smell, probably coming from the drains. Every time we open the bathroom door we could smell it. Other than that we had a great stay. We arrived late and tired so we didn’t complain. We let the staff know during checkout. I hope they can look into it.

The room was great (JR suite) we got the package that came with breakfast each day, quite good but the same every day, which since I liked it was fine. Located a quick Uber to Roma Norte and Centro. Good location, great price, nice room.
