Valet parkers left car unlocked in garage Steam restaurant experience was terrible/ food took 45 mins to arrive after order/order was wrong/foob was cold/ tea was old and sour Breakfast experience not good/ food was cold/ toasters not working properly/ severely under staffed

We stayed in a river view two room suite. It was perfect for my wife, me, and my three boys. There are at least a dozen walkable restaurants, shopping, and a train museum right next door. We stayed for a concert at the Live Oak Pavilion. The walk was very easy even with kids. Would highly recommend this spot.

Beautiful hotel! Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Grounds were well kept. Helpful staff too. Not a great pool area, but other than that, top notch!

We had concert tickets at the Wilson Center and it was only a 6 min walk to it. So convenient 😀

Property was clean and staff was extremely graceful. Kudos to Stephanie at the front desk check in who explained everything and all details. She was pleasant and gave me a warm welcome.

We had a fantastic experience at Embassy Suites! The on-site restaurant was excellent – delicious food and great service. One of the highlights was the free made-to-order breakfast every morning, which offered a wide variety of options and tasted amazing. The complimentary happy hour in the evening was a wonderful bonus – perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is also ideal, situated right on the riverfront in a vibrant area with plenty to see and do. Highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers!

Ambiance was very nice. I enjoyed the free breakfast. Very nice amenities. Pool was refreshing. Close parking was good. I would have preferred free parking. Family of 5. We stayed 2 nights. I had to ask for toilet paper only 1 roll in room. Rooftop was nice. Waiters were attentive. I would stay again. Beautiful riverview from room.

Had to exchange rooms due to view…and breakfast food both morning was cold. I don’t think warmers work. I was told the Dinner special was $40. But it was $46 and it wasn’t season and tasty as I expected but the waiter was awesome but didn’t get the price right

Very nice stay. The staff was so accommodating and the location was great for beautiful walks by the water. Would recommend to anyone going for a relaxing vibe!

We checked in on May 18, 2025(Sunday). The front desk did not inform us the parking fee. But when we checked out, the bill came.
