Checkin experience was very welcoming iffat was at the counter was very friendly welcoming she handled check in very efficiently and the girl in the breakfast who was making eggs I could not forget her welcoming smile and whole over all experience was very nice would love to come here again instead of going pc thanks Serena hotel

Everything is great. Customer should have the option to turn in air conditioning even if its winter time.

The best of the best hotel in Punjab. The whole staff from the Security, Concierge to the Waiters were impeccable and very attentive. The whole atmosphere was very very regal. Money well spent . If you want the best stay here . Once again I would like to thank Scerena hotel and its staff for the ultimate experience.

Couldn't find our reservation, took more than 30 mins to check in. Went in the room and wanted to make a coffee but the kettle was disgusting, asked to change it instead they washed it and was even more dirty had a hair inside. Wanted to charge phone but sockets didnt work had to remove lamp to insert charger. Room was full of dust and carpets were dirty found nail clippings on the floor near the bed. And lots more issues..do not recommend, no where near a 5 star, awful service and very expensive for what we got. Will not stay again!

It was the first time that I stayed at the Serena Hotel. The stay was was very enjoyable. Their attention to the risk of Covid Was excellent. The staff made you feel welcome and were extremely professional throughout my stay.

I will not visit this property again, receptionist hold me at reception for 2.5 hours, and was saying to me we do not recieve any of confirmation email feom hotels.com. Ac was not working, pathetic attitude of staff.

Very safe and clean hotel. The carpet cleaning could be a bit better. Food in the restaurant is pricey but worth for the clean and hygienic environment and the food itself. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Faisalabad.

The stay was ok, staff was nice. Breakfast options were great.
