I absolutely love the Noelle and stay there every time I visit Nashville. My only critique is that the elevators are painfully slow, and the windows on each floor could really benefit from soundproofing.

Very clean and unique boutique hotel. Each floor has wall art representing many different artists. There is a good coffee shop in the lobby with a variety of fresh-baked goods that were tasty. The hotel staff were very friendly and recommended tours to take and good places to dine for my wife and me. Our room on top floor had a nice nespresso machine and we were given water bottles to use with a “Noelle” insignia. Clean room and bath with a very comfortable king sized bed. Hotel has nice roof top bar and Mexican restaurant downstairs. Would definitely recommend hotel Noelle.

The location is great- 4 blocks from Broadway.

Great experience overall except the fact that the A/C in our room never worked properly (it was very humid even after turning the thermostat way down) and we had to call for housekeeping twice because our room was not cleaned well into the afternoon.

The Vallee personal were so professional and friendly we enjoyed our visit and will return

Beautiful old building morphed into a hotel, staff is extremely nice and very clean, small rooms and comfortable furnishings, bed and pillows are horrendous, lost a total star for that plus very noisy, I guess you have to expect that being so close to Broadway, geographically real nice, walk or rent a electric scoot, 2 min walk to the Ryman, 6 min broadway, overall really nice, didn’t get much sleep

Hotel was in great area close to broadway walking 5 min away and service and room cleanliness was excellent. Will stay there again for sure

Extremely happy with our stay. Staff were great. Starting with the bellman to concierge. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Staff communication was excellent.

Nice location needs a larger eatery area the area that has merchandise for sale is not very useful

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was within walking distance of the sites we wished to see.

The speakeasy was a bit odd. Terrible service for drinks there but the bartenders in the lobby area and music was excellent. Rooftop bar very nice! Our room had 2 king beds and was ADA compliant. The shower curtain didn't go down far enough and water would go all over the floor. The automatic shades had some water staining on them, the drain didn't work in the bathroom sink but they tried hard to fix the. items that didn't work. For the price point, the room was huge and just some minor repairs needed fixed. Nice that they have water and bottles. The water and coffee was very nice in the hallway. Great location. The breakfast was good. The downstairs store and reception needs to have umbrellas for guests to use.

This was a beautiful hotel inside an old building with lovely architectural features. The rooms were nicely done and very comfortable and the hotel was within walking distance to all of downtown Nashville. The only drawbacks were that you had to reserve parking in a parking garage or pay a lot for valet, although there were some very close to the hotel..and the fact that our room backed up to printers alley so there were bands playing until 2am on the weekends.

Beautiful hotel and great staff

This was our first time at Noelle and will definitely be returning. A gorgeous boutique hotel with the best service and beautiful remodeled and updated rooms with wonderful amenities. So convenient to Broadway with only a few blocks walk. The Drugstore coffee shop at the hotel was very good too. Thanks for a great experience Noelle!
