Excellent hotel for the old city with plenty of interesting places to explore and restaurants to choose from close by. The decor is very different and a wonderfully alternative place to stay.

Fabulous hotel in a wonderful area of Las Palmas The breakfast is superb and the staff are so helpful and friendly Location is an oasis of calm away from the more hectic and crowed parts of the city. The Vegueta area is very walkable and fascinating area of Las Palmas. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. We would not hesitate to return. Beds are extremely comfortable! This place is a gem decorated creatively with art and sculptures and beautiful tranquil rooftop sitting area I wish I could give it more than 10/10

We stayed in Room 9. It looks like an Airbnb. It’s one of the best rooms in this hotel. The room looks beautiful, spacious with great views to the top of the cathedral. The staff are very nice and hard working people. There are great arts in the hallway. The two biggest problems we encountered here: 1. it’s smoking room. If you are a non smoker, I must warn you before you spend a few days at this room. I did mention to the staff about it. 2. The horrible sewer smell. I hope the owner or management look into these two issues ASAP. I counted on reviewers to pick the best hotel to stay. This is a disappointment for us. Also, the room has a large terrace at the rooftop that other hotel guests are able to see you bed. You might not get any privacy.

Beautiful small hotel in a great location in Vegueta. Friendly and efficient staff. Limited on street parking but plenty of large car parks nearby. We were sorry to have to leave after only one night and will return.

On arrival, we received a warm welcome and the engagement and help from the staff remained excellent throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and the room (No 8) was well appointed, quiet and had the benefit of a lovely terrace. Breakfast was of excellent quality. The location, in the "Old town" provided a great way not only to explore the city but also the rest of the island. There were numerous cafes and restaurants within a short walk of this atmospheric and beautiful part of the city. We used the hotel's car parking space for several nights which was conveniently located but suitable only for smaller vehicles. This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in and we would not hesitate to recommend it.

A boutique hotel ( B&B) situated in the heart of the historique centre of Las Palmas. We were able to walk everywhere and did not need a car. Our room was situated on the roof and had an extensive terrace from which the cathedral tower is visible. (No church bells ring at night!). The room was large, well appointed and spotlessly clean. As with everything else in the hotel, it was stylishly furnished. Breakfast amongst the best we have ever enjoyed on travels which have taken us around the world. The staff could not have made us more welcome.

This hotel is located at the heart of the old town. Its parking is not located with the hotel. Therefore, it is not so easy to contact the receptionist to get the key so as to open the door of the parking.

Fine stay. Extra large room, separate sitting area with another TV. Nice breakfast. Short stay.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel and is in the perfect location in the heart of the old town right next to the cathedral. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was much larger than expected with a unique small balcony facing the road and was cleaned daily and always smelled beautiful. We loved sitting on the roof terrace and enjoyed the honesty bar before going out for an evening stroll. Breakfasts were amazing with lots of choice of fresh fruits, meats, cheeses, eggs and delicious breads. The art and interior of the hotel is absolutely stunning. We really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely return.

You can’t do better in the historic district. Large, well appointed room, sumptuous breakfast, friendly staff.

Outstanding property in great central location in old town close to shops and restaurants. Specious suites with all modern amenities. Staff exceptionally helpful - nothing was too much bother. Delicious continental breakfast prepared freshly each day. Overall exceptional value for the price.

Stayed for 3 nights. Great location and a thoughtfully designed room. A for efforts on service but staff (also with their limited English) never quite were able to resolve any of the issues or questions. Wi-Fi didn’t work after 2nd night though I didn’t try to investigate how to get it back given the efforts it took the staff (and myself) to get to a couple of other simple questions…

Room 3 was beautiful and immaculately cleaned and organized every day by our housekeeper. Highest praise goes to Sayid (spelling may be incorrect) for his impeccable breakfast service, warm and friendly demeanor, and truly making us feel at home. He went above and beyond with his service.

Very enjoyable at Suites 1478. So much space, comfortable bed and chairs, quite and well run establishment. Delicious food. The staff are all excellent, and so efficient. We would love to return.

We were hoping for some winter sun, something to do and see if the sun stayed away and a nice hotel. We were not disappointed. The sun met us at the airport and stayed all week. We arrived at Suites 1478 on Sunday afternoon, we were met outside and shown through the huge entrance doors into a beautifully renovated and converted old building, we immediately felt welcome and after checking in were shown into Suite 4. The suites are large, modern and stylish, we had a balcony overlooking the narrow cobbled streets, perfect for some quiet time. We wandered around the old town where there are plenty of things to see, we really enjoyed the Columbus Museum and would recommend a visit. We found plenty of places to eat in Vegueta and Triana the weather was great so we ate Al fresco every evening.

Really interesting 17th century building, keeping original features but turned into a state of the art boutique hotel. The art works around the building were astounding. The cafe serves a simple breakfast, and a small range of interesting dishes from day through to evening. The staff are very accommodating,with a warm welcome and they accompanied us to the somewhat challenging underground car parking space. The balconies were not very useful as the narrow road carries a substantial amount of passing traffic. There is seating on the terrace, where some rooms also had private terraces.
