Safe and walkable location, close to metro station. The is comfortable. The coffee/tea maker, kettle is in the shared area, not in the room (not that it is a problem). The TV is just a physical TV, with no channels. The laptop workspace is a very narrow shelf-like table, not really fit a 13 inch laptop. Appreciated the building style, but the windows are non-openable blurred windows, which is a bit dark and cannot let in fresh air, for longer stay

The staff are so kind and welcoming. The location is perfect with lots of great places to eat nearby. It’s in a very safe and clean area with easy access to public transportation. There’s a theater next door which was very nice because we got to catch a play one night. The common area was a huge plus for us, with access to drinkable water 24/7, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee/tea, tea kettle, and glasses and mugs. The shower gets super hot and the water pressure is very strong. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap were really nice too (which is important for me because I’m sensitive to overly fragrant soaps). Overall, it was a peaceful stay and I’d definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Don Jacinto for five days (October 6–10) and really enjoyed my time there. The location is one of its biggest highlights — it’s surrounded by great little coffee shops, restaurants, and quiet streets that make it easy to explore Mexico City on foot. It felt very safe, which allowed me to relax and truly enjoy the neighborhood. The design of the property is modern, creative, and welcoming. Everything was spotless when I arrived, and the space had a comfortable, homey feel that made it easy to settle in. A couple of small details could be improved — the hot water tends to run not very hot, and while the bed was quite comfortable, the walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear the neighbors. Overall, though, I had a wonderful experience. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend Don Jacinto to anyone looking for a stylish, safe, and well-located place to stay.

This is not a full-service hotel and does not pretend to be. It is easily and thoughtfully set up for easy snacks and coffee. The hotel staff went out of their way to solicit feedback on how our stay was going. Location next to Chapultepec Park/Castle in Condesa is excellent spot from which to explore the city. We barely scratched the service and will be coming back to CDMX and the Don J.

The service was amazing, there’s always someone ready to lend you a hand; we had a problem with the hot water but they are prompt to help out. The area is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Very spacious place in an older building but well kept place.

The place is clean and in a very good location. The bathroom lacks privacy, the window that divided from the dinning commons area has an open window so you can hear everything that is going on … :-/ There are no full time staff in situ, and the keyless pad to enter the premise is “capricious.” Very good area, safe, very close tho Chapultepec metro and Park. The TV did not work for us… They change the towels every fifth day… :(

I had a long layover in Mexico City and I was looking for something safe quiet and walkable. Don Jacinto was all those things! They were great and easy to work with, the room was clean, comfortable and esthetically pleasing. My only regret is in didn’t get to stay longer. I look forward to staying there on a longer visit.

This is more a hostel than a hotel. No front desk, no lobby, a WhatsApp number to ask for anything. No elevator!!!!!! I had to take my suitcases on the stairs and they said someone would come to help and they didn’t.

If you like industrial decoration, with a magnificent housekeeping and room service, with a dining room in the same decorative line as the rest that has a small fridge and a microwave where you can bring food, a small room with space for a king size bed and a clothes rack, with no window (only in the bathroom and you can't open it more than a little), this is your hotel.

Excellent property and location. We rate this place 9.5 out of 10.0. Common Kitchen area was an added benefit. We suggest, if possible, to add a sink in the Kitchen. We loved the room a small outside patio providing enough air flow to refresh the apartment. It was quiet but had all the luxury of restaurants, bars, and parks. Will love to come and stay again. I definitely have a preference when it comes to hotels. I prioritize small, boutique feel, and interior. Don Jacinto definitely nailed it. Check in was so easy. All contact was through whatsapp and they helped me the minute i touched down in MEX. You could not beat the location either. It was a short walk to chapultepec and all the museums in the park. It had so much surrounding it. I loved this place so much. Check out was seamless as well. They even offered to store my luggage if i needed. I would visit again.
